Old Wendy’s made into something better Awesome sub and fries. I got the USDA #2 Combo Meal (see photos). Great food, served hot. Fries nicely cut thick, warm and delicious Sub was nicely built, soft roll with tender steak. Nice strudy box keeps food warm and not sloppy thrown into a bag. I would recommend giving this new place a try. Fairly easy in and out and plenty of parking.

We ordered a Philly steak sandwich; it was hot, and the tomato and lettuce were fresh – very delicious! But the star of the show was the excellent service from the gentleman at the window. What a kind, cheerful, and patient person! He makes you feel welcome! I don’t know his name, but I was there today, Wednesday 6/27, at 4 PM! I hope his quality customer service is recognized!

Stopped in after work for a bite. I’ve never been to a Charleys. I tried their hottest wings and got a 10 piece and fries for a great price. I’m not only impressed by the food and atmosphere, but the store was very clean and everyone on shift today was friendly. I left quite satisfied and will for sure be back.

Charley’s Philly Steaks #02783 by far has the best customer service!!! I left without my fries and being that I didn’t have time to go back and get them. The manager drove them to my job. Which was about 15 mins from their store. Talk about going above and beyond. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. Food was amazing as well.

I was initially excited when this place was opening up locally as I typically live Charleys. However, this location is not like the rest. I have been in approximately 4-6 times since thier grand opening. In all of those visits, I have not once received the correct order or a complete order. It seems like the workers taking your order are perpetually on thier first day, all the time. I returned thinking it was just an “off day”. Nope, every single time was equally as bad. Worth the drive to go to a different location.

First time was great. The next time got there at like 8:30pm (they close at 10) the itallian sandwich i got had no meat….not skimpy on meat mind you..NONE. also ordered bone in wings and was given boneless. I’m assuming the no meat means the 4 people I saw playing with their cell phones there had already cleaned the grill and didn’t want to cook on it again. I get that its probably slow after a certain time but if you gamble on nobody ordering with over an hour to close don’t scam someone if they do order. I deliberately make sure not to order any later than 30 mins before close just to avoid the scenario that someone wants to clean up early, but an hour and a half! Come on now. We won’t be back, not hard to find a mediocre quality hoagie in town. This place already is struggling for business. Lazy employees are gonna seal the deal. Wish it had been a Miami subs

This place is always super clean inside and out, The workers and customer service is amazing too and I can’t begin to say enough abt the main guy who is in charge, always in such a positive and uplifting mood it really makes u comfortable and is a place I personally and would recommend for anyone to come experience and visit frequently. The food is always so amazing and fresh as well, they help accommodate you with your order as needed as well. Overall a definite 5/5 stars for me would even give 6 if possible! (P.S. please bring back hot boxes!)

What a strange place! A big dining room with maybe eight tables in it? The food was okay. Portion sizes seem a bit small for the price, and the steak was a bit dry. I have the pepperoni cheese steak, and I wasn’t impressed. Pepperoni really doesn’t add a good flavor on top of steak.
