food is great, i’ve been getting the same thing for over a year now and up until now i’ve never had any issues until today. the white kid working (i didn’t get his name, he wasn’t wearing a name tag) argued with me when ordering my food and refused to give me my fries or refund after he messed up my order because it was 2 minutes after closing even though i ordered 10-15 minutes before they closed. they should fire him since he’s refusing food customers paid for.

I have always liked Charleys, their sanwiches if they are done right, they are one of the better sandwiches out there!!, but this location is definitely not following franchise standards. Meat was over cooked and it tasted like it was cooked straight out of the freezer. Their fries were saggy and you can taste the oil in the fryer was old. This can be a great location for them, but they need to stop cutting corners and have some pride on the food they are cooking. For $15, I could have gotten a better meal at the Wendy’s across the parking lot.

I had to make a Walmart run and it just made sense to grab a bite to eat here. Plus, I always live Charley’s at the mall so it was worth a try. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top. The food and service I received were solid. A much appreciated addition to Walmart.

Food is so blend. I think the owners are cutting corners buying products from sams, Costco or restaurant depot. I ordered cheese fries and the cheese sauce was watery and nasty. Never again!!!! Beware. I won’t be surprised if they close it down. #Saginaw #fortworth

This was our first time visiting. We got wings and fries. Everything was made fresh, and was tasty. I read in reviews that the regular wings are small here, but they looked about average to us. We’ll be back to try the cheesesteaks.

I was charged incorrectly and when i asked them about it the young man stated that “unless you refer to the Any Small Chicken Philly we charge it like regular.” He offered to give me a refund but stated it would “only be like $1.02.” So i just declined since they were busy ~ but the math wasn’t mathing because it’s about a $4 difference for what I ordered. The deal was get any small Chicken Philly with Original Fries for $7.29. Didn’t wanna be a pain though.
Eating the food right now and it’s very fresh and tasty ~ could use a bit more meat but inflation seems to be hitting everyone nowadays.
Overall okay experience, just wish customer service was a bit better! Customer service is pretty much lacking everywhere though. It wouldn’t fly at the fast food jobs I’ve worked lol.

Very disappointed in my order. Cold old fries. Nothing was fresh. My order was absolutely wrong. We didn’t even get our drinks. I use to like this place…bummer but maybe another location would be better.. ZERO/10 for this visit for sure… prob will not be back. Update::: tried it again. They have new flavors like “Chipotle ranch” “teriyaki”… I ordered the bacon Chipotle ranch and it had zero flavor. Zero sauce. What is “Chipotle ranch” about this sandwich bc it was dry and nothing but meat and toppings was on this… what’s the deal with this place it seems like their mission is to always make orders wrong. I absolutely would never waste a penny here again. Yuck!!!
