Brief summary: Not worth it.
The worst fast food I have ever had. I regretted listening to that little voice telling me to try that place after my Walmart shopping. I had the Philly steak, old-school style. Paying the additional two dollars wasn’t worth it; there were barely any toppings on that bread. No seasoning other than salt, salt, and more salt (I had to check my blood pressure after having it). The male receptionist I had was unfriendly (anyone can have a bad day, and one person doesn’t define an institution). The only saving grace was that it was a well-kept place, from my experience.

It’s a fast food restaurant inside of Walmart so I wasn’t expecting much. Ordered a small old school with double meat and cheese whiz. The bread was actually decent but the amount of meat was ludicrous considering this is supposed to be double meat. And the cheese whiz was a watery mess.

It’s SO fire and they keep it really clean and have great service. We keep coming back literally driving 35 minutes just for it.

I’ve been here once before and got the wings they were trash but the fries were good. Came in cause I’m pregnant and hungry and a Philly sounded good. We were taking a minute for us all to make up our minds and I’d stepped outside. Apparently the manager had kicked my brother and manns out stating they can’t just have people hanging out in there. Beyond me horrible service they were rude the whole time when I’d went to ask questions. As well as a few customers walked up while we were looking at the kiosk stating that their order wasn’t correct. Worst experience and I’ll just not go back to another Charley’s, bring back Penn Station, this place is trash.

I got chicken wings lemon pepper not a strong flavor and cooked a bit to crispy but the buffalo Chipotle chicken was delicious.
Fries are alright.

The WORST cheesesteak I’ve ever had in life. Whoever made this cheesesteak doesn’t love cooking, doesn’t love cheesesteak, they definitely don’t love their customers, and I’m not sure if they love themselves. I can’t believe they have the AUDACITY to claim #1 cheesesteak in the world! Just look at the pic. Dry, unseasoned, freezer steak meat with hardly any cheese!!! I didn’t even finish chewing my bite. TRASH.

The teriyaki chicken is my fav! The food is delicious and the ice cream cones for $1.00 are a nice treat! The team is kind and respectful. I watched a gentleman working the counter yesterday and he has great customer service skills. I also appreciate the different sizes of subs you can order. Do not skip Charley’s!

The food and service was spectacular. Sal took our order, brought us our food and the food was delicious, actually better than I expected, even from Charley’s. While sitting here eating, Sal continued to go above and beyond for every customer that came in the door. It was a delight to see someone so involved and happy to be helping people. He was also bouncing around cleaning tables, to keep the place kept up.
We will absolutely be back.
