Out of all the Charley’s I have visited this one is always the Best ! Every chance I get to come through here I stop and order the Bacon 3 Cheese Steak and they make it as it shows to be made. The other locations I’ve been to like the one at the Petro in Willmington,Illinois isn’t as good. It use to be my favorite location but they don’t seem to care how they make it. The taste is bland and they never have A-1 sauce.

The food was good I got the old fashioned with the cheese and onions. But dang is it messy. The taste was very good The cheese was very plentiful. Just wish they could close the sandwich for you before handing it to you because that box had cheese all over the place. Still ate good but went through a whole roll of towels. Will try again in the future

This place is one of my staples when in need of a break & hot food. Parking is always available (big rig), and they’re always properly stocked in the C-store & Charley’s makes your food to order. The people are always friendly & the store is always clean.

I ordered Cajun rub wings extra crispy, Cajun fries and a regular Philly cheesesteak. The wings and fries were delicious! Cheesesteak was good too. You can tell they care about making their food good. I will definitely try again!

Terrible customer service. Women working counter was annoyed with me when I asked for a lemonade when using a coupon. She started talking to her co worker in another language while I was standing at the counter. I was supposed to get an order of free fries with the coupon and when I got home it was not given. When people are this rude and purposely don’t give the customer what they are suppose to get, I will not be back. This business doesn’t respect the customer and doesn’t deserve any business. This is the worst I have ever been treated at a fast food restaurant. I will take my business elsewhere and will be sure to tell my neighbors not to waste their time with this place
