I ordered a separate side of Cajun fries with my food, I got the bag and it didn’t look like the separate side was in the bag and I asked the person working the window if it was in the boxes with the food. He said it was and when I got home and opened up all the food, of course it wasn’t. Nobody wants to sit there in their car and open all of the food looking if the order is correct. On top of that have an employee bold face lie. They are not answering my calls for the missing food. Terrible service, just lost a long time customer

I’ve been to this place maybe 4 times now, its close to my job,,I order 6ps tradition chicken combo..the chicken tasted old and hardly no meat. they also charge $1 for water running from the machine, unbelievable, never heard of that before, trying to make money on even tab water ,they say is for the small paper cup they give you,,stay away from this place.

Update: I see your response. Nice try, but I ordered directly off your website not a third party, as the email receipt below shows. It was up to you to deliver my food correctly.
What a complete rip off. I ordered my son dinner. Driver showed up with wrong order. I told him it was wrong and he said the owner said it was right. What???? I think I know what I ordered. Called them twice they refused to deliver the correct order and pick up the wrong order. Went ahead and cancelled that order and told him to pick up the wrong order. He didn’t. We threw it away. They still charged my card for the food I never received which was almost twice the cost of what I actually received and didn’t eat. First and very last time ordering from there. Beware ordering online here. I would only do walk in service if you really need to go here. I’m not sure if the girls order I received ever got her food. ♀️

I was traveling outside of the city & saw this place claim to be the #1 cheesesteak in the world so decided to test that out. The place (which is your standard modern restaurant decor complete with brick veneer) was completely empty. It took less than 10 minutes for me to receive my order which was a regular philly cheese steak that came out to be $10 for the sandwich alone. The sandwich itself is about 7-8 inches long. It comes with quite a few toppings including full slices of pickles, tomatoes, green peppers, grilled onions, etc. There is a good amount of cheese on it as well. The cheese is melted, but they didn’t give it enough time as you can still see the lines from the individual slices & it’s not browned. There also seems to be some mayo on the toasted bread that’s packed with meat. They definitely don’t skimp on anything here.
It definitely looks good, but how does it taste? You can somewhat taste that Philly profile. Overall it’s a good sandwich, but definitely not good enough to be #1 in the world. I started putting together the pieces as to why it’s a ghost town. If the meat were seasoned a bit better then maybe it would put it in that top tier, but for now others will reign as king.

Ask for you philly well done and it wont disappoint meal is pretty steep on price got the 12 inch and mozz sticks pretty tasty i hoghly reccomend this location. About 18 bucks total.

The company posted 4 videos on Tik tok of their employees being harassed, berated and undergoing racist remarks. Charley’s only seems to care about the views their tik toks garnered. They have yet to address how they will ensure the safety of their employees, policy change, compensation/recognition for those affected. But hey, they got some view on Tik tok at their employees physical and mental expense 🙂
