I have a video of me just asking for new fresh fries. I walked in nice hi how are you. It’s my first time in this location. What is your favorite sandwich? He recommended the bacon sandwich yet I don’t like turkey bacon. So no for me, I will stick to my original old school Philly. I let him know how I want my food. It’s time to pay I have a coupon that says if you purchase a large Philly, you get fries and a drink for free! So yes that came out to be $14.75. As he is fixing my food I noticed he only put salt on them fries. I immediately asked can you please drop me some fresh fries! He gives me one of the fries, I say yes hot but they are old greasy! Can I please get new fries. He wanted me to pay for more fries! I said No all I am asking if for fresh fries! I was told No he can take my name and number the manager will contact you! Now respectfully I said all I am saying is I am not satisfied with my food can you please drop fresh fries. Let me also say he didn’t make my sandwich correct the first time. He had no problem fixing my sandwich! When he told me a manager has to get my information I just called to police! He started to get loud with me so I started to record. I asked for the manager information and was told he is the owner! Now all of this for fresh fries. When the police came he wanted to get louder and didn’t want to give me a refund for my money. No fresh food he didn’t even want to let me get my drink! So I asked the police what can I do. They told me nothing because it’s his store and now I am trespassing! Yet all I am asking for is fresh fries or my money back! I was told no This is now a civil matter. I am not done telling my story!

Well the pictures can tell you enough. If your food is wrong then they will have to call their boss to correct your order. When you have a wrong order and you have your receipt and they call you a liar luckily they corrected it. Police came but this establishment needs to work on their customer service.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I would definitely recommend it! I had the hot honey boneless wings and they were sweet but had an enjoyable spice to them. They were freshly made and crispy too. I also tried their mozzarella sticks and the chicken Philly. I enjoyed everything and the order taker had a radiant personality. The service was great!

If you like no flavor sandwiches this is your place. All bread and lettuce, and NOTHING like the pictures. No matter how you customize your sandwich, there’s almost always a mistake. And don’t even try to tell them there wrong. HORRIBLE service, so many other sandwich places around. Don’t bother.
