I really enjoyed my eating experience here!
The ffood was great! I had the six bonless wings and fries which was already a good price made better with a generous senior discount!
I had the scorpion bite wings and cheddar bacon ranch fries! They were delicious AND filling! Maya, the young lady who served was extremely helpful and friendly!
It’s a popular local restaurant with a relaxed casual atmosphere, and indoor and outdoor seating!
I highly recommend you try it out!

I live down the road from here, and there has been a lot of talk in the neighborhood about this place opening. So, when I received a BOGO free in the mail, my husband and I ordered for pickup.
When we went to order online, the website would not work. It kept saying loading for several minutes. So, we went down and ordered in the drive through. Everyone was friendly, and it was in and out.
We came home and ate. It was hot a d fresh. I got the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak and my husband got the regular Cheesesteak. Both were very good.
Overall, I’d eat here again for sure, but only with coupon. No way am I spending $26 for two regular subs.

Every time I went to Charlie’s, everything was good and was satisfied. But tonight I ordered at 9:30 at the drive-through and I get home and I ate half of my sandwich so I started eating the other half there was a hair in it so then I was looking through a sandwich and there was another hair. Never going to that place again

Every time I order a chicken California it is made incorrectly… EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even when I ask for it to be made a certain way (lettuce, raw onion, MAYO, & ranch, it is not made correctly. Mayo is literally on the menu as a topping for this sandwich, yet MAYO is never on my sandwich. This seems like such a small thing but when I have to say something every time & still have to call & complain or return to the store which wastes my time and gas. When this could literally be avoided if the employees followed directions or cared which they clearly do not. This happens at either location I use. It’s absolutely ridiculous & an inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Charley’s Cheesesteaks on Waterloo Rd, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! I ordered the regular chicken Philly along with a side of Cajun fries, and I was thoroughly impressed.
First and foremost, the speed of service was remarkable. My order arrived quickly, which is always a plus when you’re hungry, but what surprised me was that the quality did not suffer in the slightest. The chicken Philly was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, with a generous amount of tender chicken and fresh toppings that made every bite satisfying.
As for the Cajun fries, they were just the right amount of spicy for my taste. Crispy, flavorful, and with that delightful kick, they complemented the Philly perfectly.
Overall, my experience at Charley’s was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return for another delicious meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great cheesesteak in Akron!

Very rude employees they basically just throw that your food at you they don’t tell you the order number they don’t give you a receipt with your order to make sure that it is your order when you ask them what order it is they give you dirty looks at a smart attitude I also witnessed them being very rude with other customers as well I’m extremely displeased the food was okay not worth $17
