There was a minor issue with my order and they were so helpful to fix it and make sure I was happy. The food is always good and the service is always good. I am from outside of Philly and this is only place I can get a decent cheesesteak. But I do have to order extra meat for it to compare to Philly. Also, just so the world knows, no one in Philly puts green peppers on it. That’s gross. Oh, and I highly recommend their peach lemonade!!! SO SO GOOD!

I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn’t been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. I felt like a valued customer and I hope they keep this standard of service.

Order a chicken Philly with no mayo and they put extra mayo on it , my order didn’t even come with the side of cheese sauce I ordered how disappointing. I guess the kitchen needs way more training because they can’t even make sandwiches correct .

I ordered a chicken Philly, no mushrooms, no tomato’s, no green peppers, and made it a full meal. The fries was suppose to be loaded fries w/ cheese, ranch, and bacon.
I also ordered a small Chipotle chicken sandwich.
I received my order and drove home,.which is about 15mins away just to find out my whole order was wrong.
The chicken Philly had tomatoes & mushrooms on it, the fries wasn’t the loaded ones, and they didn’t make the other sandwich, instead it was another fry.
I had to drive all the way back for an entire new order. I figured it would be some type of discount or something.

Amen to maria for hooking me up. I was really hungry and didn’t know if I wanted a Mr hero or Charles. I saw it wasn’t crowded so I went there instead. The manager was nice to me and she smiled while being patient with me. They will be seeing me more often than they expect. I’ll give them my business. This place is why businesses should research who they sell a franchise to. The bathroom is out of order( not following state law charleys) we watched the cashier clean a table by brushing crumbs off with her hand. And to make matters worse my regular sandwich only had meat on half of it
