I always get fries that are old and sitting under a heat lamp. By the time I get down the street, they are cold. I have complained to Yesenia about it and she says their fries are never cold. They dropped fresh fries this time, so I was happy. The fries were only down for about 30 seconds; which means they were previously fried. They tasted awful and were not soft in the center like fresh fries. They were crispy and dark and they gave me a smaller serving than usual. I didn’t eat them, so that was okay. There was a time when fries at Charley’s were made to order and that was something that set them apart. I miss the Richmond Mall location. That owner cared about the quality of the food he served. Their employees greeted customers warmly and with a smile. I go to Charley’s about once a week, but I will take a break from this location. I live down the street, but I receive better quality food and service at the North Randall location lately. Then, the guy put my sandwich in the bag and it wasn’t lying flat. The result is in the photo I attached. Everything slid off my sandwich and had to be put back on. The cheese was sticking to the box. I won’t be back. Enough is enough. They don’t value me as a customer.

I order here from time to time and they always have had great service and food. Everyone is friendly, the food is clearly cooked to order and fresh every time. For pickup I have never had to wait beyond the quoted pick up time to get my order.

All the girls were extremely nice. My coworker and I stopped by to get our lunch. We had trouble at the kiosk and one of the ladies were nice enough to help us. Special shout out to Jessie !!! She stood out me the most. She is the most kindest, helpful , etc person ever. Conversation was great , customer service was great, plus the food is great. I never have a bad experience when I come here. All 10s across the board.
