Customer service was great and helpful. However, it was one of the worst Philly sandwiches I have ever had. No flavor, cheap beef. Their photo on the menu board is nothing like the sandwiches you receive.

We had stopped by Walmart to picked up a couple of things and decided to grab a bite to eat at Charley’s before leaving the store. The the service was good. We ordered the 10 wing gourmet combo and the original cheese steak. We order the wings 5 flats with teriyaki and 5 drumsticks with Thai heat. The wings were cooked just like we like them, nice and crispy, I hate ordering wings and the come out soft and you are left wondering if they are fully cooked. My wife loved the flavor of both, I was looking for a little more heat to the Thai heat so I added some Franks hot sauce, that put the flavorto more of what is was looking for. I would have called the flavor sweet heat not Thai. The fries came with cheese and bacon. The flavor was good and the fries were hot but you can and cheese and bacon to anything and it would probably taste good. The steak and cheese sandwich was not up to par. Was dry and did not have as much meat and cheese for the $8 for the small that it cost. It was a little pricey for what we got but overall everything was ok. The one thing that they really need to work on is keeping the drink station and dinning area clean.

Stop for lunch here when you go grocery shopping!!! The pictures of the Kentucky Bourbon Philly tempted me and it didn’t disappoint It was so GOOD!! The lemonade tasted like the kind you get from the fair

I’ve lived in Philly area all my life and when I came here I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and mushrooms, peppers, onions, and provolone cheese on my “ Philly” cheesesteak. I remember being very frustrated came back to the second time literally 11 years later and they have what sounds like an official Philly cheesesteak on the menu called the old school. I ordered it regular size flavors OK but for $12 just for the sandwich mine do not for the whole meal. The serving was very sparse. Nothing like the picture that they advertise so I find myself extremely disappointed because I had to remind myself. I’m not in Philly where they give you large portions for this price.

Super disappointed in this location! I went here on the night of my birthday for a cheesesteak and boneless wings. I ordered Thai chili boneless. When they handed me my bag I asked for extra Thai chili and that is when I was told they did not have ANY Thai chili and instead they gave me buffalo…. im like uhm whaat!?! Ok so I dont make it too big of a deal they dont offer to give me the money back on them so I just go home. Then I go to eat said boneless and they are HARD AS A ROCK!!! My cheesecake was not even toasted and they skipped out on putting mayo and pickles.. I was upset to say the least! Then I physically had to go back in to their location to get a refund.

Very disappointed with the sandwiches I ordered today.. I even asked the employees to toast the sandwiches. But they refused. . We had to trashed the sandwiches and went to somewhere else for lunch . Bad food and bad service. The environment need to improve as well.
