I tried the original for the first time. I never had their whiz, but the picture looked good. It definitely didn’t come out looking like the picture, though. It didn’t taste bad, but was super basic. I ordered a large because my husband and I always do and split it. There was a ton of bread and very very little meat ratio. It also didn’t have enough whiz to keep it from being dry. The fries were hot, though. Least favorite experience at a Charley’s. It’s in a Walmart that needs a facelift, both the Walmart and the restaurant. We ate in the car for these reasons.

$25 dollars for this abomination of a sandwich. It was ice cold and the cheese tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator. They didn’t add the extra meat, cheese or banana peppers . Could your employees even been bothered to half try? Stay clear of this place. Charging $25 dollars for this should be criminal.

Went there after grocery shopping figured we would try it because we have never had it.
We ordered Philly cheesesteak and an old school and my son (one years old) a kids meal.. when I ordered the kids meal the obnoxiously loud cashier laughed and said “can he even eat chicken” after ordering we got our drinks and a lady behind us ordered. We sat down and was waiting on our order when a Walmart worker on her break walked up to get food and they turned her away (they had only taken 2 orders).. the cook didn’t even know how or what saluted onions were and we had to tell her how to cook them.. after about 10 mins of waiting I realized they hadn’t even dropped the fry’s in the fryer or my sons chicken.. about that time the guy (cashier) said oh I need to drop the fry’s he put them in the fryer to only realize it wasn’t even turned on.. after 20+ mins of waiting on my food and the lady that ordered behind us came back for her order also 20+ mins of waiting.. the guy was on the phone with the manager and I asked for a refund when he told me he couldn’t do a refund his manager that wasn’t there had to do it I then told them I wouldn’t be leaving without my refund because who knows if I would’ve got it if I left with out..
all this to say they didn’t take accountability and they blamed their manager for not being there instead of learning the job they were hired to do and if they weren’t trained to do the job properly then the manager needs to be fired.

It’s located inside Walmart. I’m doing my halloween shopping and saw it.
It’s very cozy and they only have a few chairs and table. Wish it’s a bit bigger.
It’s might seem like it’s just for take out, but it’s not.

I have been there 3 times recently and can’t stress enough read the description of the sandwich. First trip on a recommendation I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, didn’t read that it has lettuce, tomato and pickles…. Smelled the hot lettuce on the way home..Very disappointed… Decided to give it a second chance and ordered the old school cheesesteak. Much better, but still not a Philly. Was good value for the money, but a bit salty. Good place to have lunch and kill time while the wife shops. Wouldn’t make a special trip, but if you are hungry and at The Walmarts it’s better than following the family shopping

Sooooo I really enjoy this Company, but the joy of making cheese steaks seems to have lost it’s luster with your staff…I paid $27 for 2 of these and I will never go you this location again. Sad because they were good. I guess cellphones and coworkers take president over quality of food. The cheese was cold and grossly drizzled on. Bring back the crew from a year ago- at least they made the food great.

When you walk up to order, You are greated in the worst way possible. They give you an nasty look when you ask a question. And to top it of , for 2 small sandwiches took 30 damn min. Never again. If you don’t like your job , just stay home…
