Okay, can I just tell you: I LOVE Charleys wings and fries–I don’t do cheesesteaks or anything else with cheese if I can help it. It’s bone-in chicken for me; plain, no sauces or dips, and well done (so they’re crispy). Oh! I learned something new: one of the staff members told me that the parts of the wing are called “Drums and flats.” Fries dropped fresh, no salt, so they are as hot as can be when I get them (can’t do luke-warm or cold potatoes. Yuk!). Even though I take my food plain, they are very generous with their condiments, which I always give right back to them (because I’ve forgotten to mention that I don’t want any), and napkins. The staff are friendly, customer oriented. I place my order person-to-person because of the uniqueness of my food preferences, but there is a little kiosk on the counter as well for those who don’t mind the impersonal, speedy experience. The dining area is neat and clean, so is the bathroom. My food arrives just the way I like it. The prices are typical for this area. Charleys is conveniently located close to the Ride-On bus terminal, about a block-and-a-half away. Remember: Charleys (store #02513, not address) Century Station in Germantown, MD.

I am 1 not to complain but website is BAD – website changed my location right after I paid – tried to call and phone not working Dasher did Not deliver also phone not working – tracking map disappeared – best guess – Delivery was taken by a dasher because they couldn’t find it and it was right there on the compter confirmation they received it – had to find someone to go to there to get my food and showed them all the paper work and told them it was not delivered – they were very RUDE what do you want me to do about it ? – my 1ST order and it was 62.00 I paid for delivery ( no refund on delivery charges I had to go and out right beg for it ) – just got food that was not good at all I feel that I was not treated fairly – also Door Dash did nothing ….

I always come here on my break for work and they know my order. I typically go to the Kiosk but they always make sure to greet me. I sometimes feel bad but they’re usually cleaning so I rather not disturb them. They’re usually quick with my order and then we chat for a bit. I love the staff here, shoutout to them!! $7.50 sub + ultimate large fries >>>

Every time I order from here they never toast my bread. How do I get a Philly cheesesteak every time from there and the cheese is melted but the bread is always cold. It makes no sense to me on how they work at a hot sub place and the subs are never hot or toasted.

Everything was wonderful but you have GOT TO FIX THE APP.. we had to get the people to remake our food because it was cold, the only reason why is that we had to go to five thousand different charleys store till we got here, love the people, not the app. People were very sweet and offered to remake, must give them a raise !!
