I don’t leave a lot of reviews but wanted to share my great experience visiting Charley’s in Bowie. Carlos Gonzales assisted me with stellar customer service as I arrived. Very hospital will visit again just for his great energy. I have been eating Charley’s for 20+ years since I was a kid and this location is very welcoming. Clean inside and my food came out piping hot ! Carlos delivered my food and drink to my table even though I ordered to go I ended up dining in. I ordered the large combo with cheese fries and a watermelon strawberry lemonade. Thank you Carlos will be returning

Yousung was amazing. When I first walked in I proceeded to order from the mobile tablet and he insisted on taking my order. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions throughly. He even went out of his way to give me my order as soon as I left the restroom and even asked me if I needed condiments. That young man has superb customer service and deserves a raise immediately !!!

They are always messing up my orders. Today was toppings for chicken sub had everything for a Philly cheesesteak and everything on Philly was the chicken topping. Completely backwards. They made 2 new ones and the Philly cheese steak had soooo little meat. Times before wrong toppings.

First time here, surprising good. It’s not a Jim’s or Pat’s in downtown Philly, but who is. The one downfall and it’s really not is it’s hard to close the sun to eat due to so much product. Nice thick fries, soft sub roll and fresh ingredients. As you can see I had a blueberry lemonade. Refreshing and not overly sweet. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was beyond clean. Will come back if in the area for sure.

Ok, so this worked better than I had anticipated. I ordered the old school steak and cheese an it was excellent. Exactly as named. Full of good meat shredded on the flat top and piled in the bun like they don’t care.
It’s your job as the consumer to corral that steak into place. The hot pepper relish is a MUST ADD ITEM FOR SURE. EXCELLENT. It’s not so much relish as a runny dressing that wakes up everything it touches.
There will be a lot of steak falling out of that toasted bun. Forget the fork and get in there with your hands.
I didn’t try fries or a shake but they looked tempting. I’ll try again soon. But $13.50 for a sandwich and a drink maybe not every day.
