Nice customer service. Greeted promptly upon entering. Nice and clean. Food is good. Very good milkshakes. They sell cookies too but I didn’t notice them on their menu nor were they visible to customers. Suggest they make this change. Thank you.

Didn’t even get to try the food, due to 1st walking not being greeted(let that slide) but even when we approached the young lady at the counter and spoke first, she STILL didnt stay anything, Walked right out! Just for clarification its October 22nd around 3pm at the Brandywine location!

Very disappointed, a waste of $16. I normally go to the charleys in oxon hill, MD. But today I stopped at the location in Brandywine after going to Costco. Ordered 10 piece boneless wings and cheese fries. The boneless wings were over cooked. The cheese fries didn’t have enough cheese sauce on them, once I got to the bottom of the fries there was no sauce. Then on top of that they charge 60 cents for ranch!!? I’m buying boneless wings, why are you charging me for ranch. It should come with the wings. I will not be returning to that location!

The team was nice and quickly grabbed my order which was sweet teriyaki wings. Unfortunately, there was nothing sweet about the wings. The cook on the wings was ok but, they smelled and tasted strongly of ginger, and were extremely salty. Their sauce is missing many ingredients.

We absolutely love their cheesesteaks! The portions are great and always taste great. My only complaint is the soggy fries. I really wish they would make their fries crispier and seasoned better. The strawberry lemonade is awesome.
I placed an online order and it was ready by time we arrived. It would be nice if they had someone and spot reserved for online order pickup instead of waiting in the same line as people ordering.

Such a nice experience! A nice young lady with green hair who worked here, was very accommodating! My grandmother ordered the wrong cheesesteak and wanted one with different toppings, the worker over heard me asking my grandma if she wanted me to get her the right ones, and she was adamant about making it right ! She was accommodating, attentive, and kind ! What more can you ask for ?!

The only drawback is you have to pay for everything on the sandwich. Normally lettuce tomato and mayo is automatic. Not this place. If you don’t ask trust me you will just get steak and cheese. That’s it.

Today I ordered 2 chicken cheese sandwich 1 combo. When I got home I had 2 steak cheese sandwich, we don’t eat beef. I immediately called them 4 times and got no answer, I finally left a message. I didn’t go back to the store because I live 10 miles away. So disappointed we just through the sandwiches away. One thing else I will say is I been going there twice a week and they never mope the dirty floor where they want you to sit and eat. I also said something to them about that 2 days ago but when I came in today the floors still hasn’t been cleaned. What else is not getting cleaned. Today 12/14 ticket # 33.I thought I had found a good place for a chicken cheese sandwich. Left my name and number on their answer machine. No call back.

Pretty good for a chain restaurant. This place has great chicken wings. Would definitely recommend trying those out. I’m a fan of the cheesesteaks as well.
