I was on my way to a funeral. Most places were closing due to it being a holiday. but i had to stop for dress socks for the gathering . Knowing i wouldn’t have much time to eat ( and being celiac(gluten free)) it’s hard to find foods i can eat. I saw Charley’s had traditional on the bone wings. I figured eh. How bad can they be….. expect the unexpected. They tasted home cooked, juicy and full of flavor. If the taste wasn’t enough the young gentleman helping , Memoudou went above and beyond to make sure the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I was welcomed and set off with kindness. It was also extremely refreshing to see someone young and so well mannered and in the moment, happy to be doing their job. 100/100

Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the service, the employees were very nice. The food was trash. I have a new slogan for charleys “There is poor quality, then there is Charleys” lol. The meats tasted terrible, think of fake then think of worse then fake. The boneless chicken was gross and the meat in the steak tasted gamey and funky.
There was a lot more to the experience but I choose not to elaborate, its trivial.

The restaurant is located in the Walmart Supercenter. The cheesesteak sandwiches were very good. They were carefully made with fresh, quality ingredients. I really liked the addition of the pickles, sauce and lettuce and the option to add mushrooms. The French fries were nicely crispy on the outside and not greasy. I will definitely be going back to try the wings.

The staff is incoherent and lifeless. A bunch of Zombies could run this place better. Slow and sloppy. I asked for sauce and cheese on the side and this is what I get, a soggy box of fries. Also, my kids boneless wings were hard as a rock on almost half of them.

I never tried Charley’s before so I wanted to give it a go since I didn’t feel like going out my way to TJ hero’s which is my preferred spot for Philly cheesesteaks! (Hint hint go there lady’s and gent will never be dissatisfied or disappointed)

The service and atmosphere was okay/good
I got a chocolate milkshake 10/10!
Cheddar bacon fries regular 7/10! (The size was huge for a regular couldn’t imagine what a large would look like)
And finally
Large Philly cheesesteak no mushrooms 1.5/10!
The associate asked me about mayo tomato lettuce and I’m just confused because I never was given options or knew a Philly steak had that?
So i just say just a regular Philly with no mushrooms just give me everything that normally comes on a Philly please
And so I got the Philly and it had lettuce and mayo on it and I’m like alright let’s try!
It wasn’t the best I’m not even sure how to rank it after eating from an authentic place *sigh*
Personally to me the Philly sandwich did not live up to my expectations/standards as I am a Philly lover girl but I’ve heard other people liked it but to each there own everyone’s different this was just my personal opinion.
The bread just isn’t good tastes like McDonald’s buns and the mayonnaise just throws it off and the Philly is dry dry.
I spent 23$ for the whole order

The food was good and very affordable. The fries were fried to perfection and you can tell the sandwiches are really made fresh!! The atmosphere is clean and Ayesha the cashier had great customer service and patience explaining the menu items to me. Overall 5/5 dining experience and I’d eat here again.
