I always get my food here and I love their sandwiches. This time I ordered a large chicken California sandwich, but unfortunately, one side of the bread was completely empty, and the other side only had chicken, sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Normally, a large sandwich should be full on both sides. I paid $14 for this, but I feel like I wasted my money. My advice to you is to check the package after you receive it to make sure there are no missing ingredients.

The boneless wings were on the drier side and were not at all as saucy as the pictures suggested. I’ve had better from frozen wings from the grocery store. The soda had way too much ice and did not justify its $2.69 price tag. The cashier also added ranch for an extra $0.60, which the price of I could not find anywhere on the menu. Additionally, the amount of ranch in the cup was abysmal, with the only redeeming factor being that ketchup is provided for free.
The fries, on the other hand, were crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside.

I bought a large bacon cheese steak sandwich I paid for extra bacon and extra meat and did not get that paid almost 2$ for each additional topping smh why have the option if not going to give it to the customer? Also it was not busy at all I ordered and someone else did so no excuses using it was busy.

The team here is rude and beyond lacking in customer service- we were placing an order on the kiosks because no one was coming to help. Apparently this store closes at 8pm on Saturday even though the others are open until 9 or 10 around the area. Well we were checking out at 7:58 and as completed our order and waited for someone to start it(still no one had said anything) – a guy came up a few minutes later and said sorry it’s 8:02 and we are closed. It refunded my card but geez what kind of service is that. I get now why they didn’t come over to help when we came up to place the order but a little communication would have been nice rather than waiting until we were waiting for the food and then cancelling the order. Terrible customer support. Entire team still standing there rather than making the order..

Best customer service. Workers went above and beyond to correct a small error in my order and they were incredibly professional about it. They surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be coming back to eat here in the future!

Unfortunately I hate making comments as such. If you have had a real philly cheesesteak this had absolutely no comparison. The bread is poor quality. I got mine to go. The packaging is also poor quality. Literally breaking through the box.Within 10 minutes. Employees don’t know how to communicate.. I have no idea how I ended up with this. I wanted mushrooms, onions etc. I tried to eat half but its terrible…. i’ve been to many Philly cheesesteak places, and this is not exactly how you make a Philly cheesesteak or what I expected.
I got this and loaded fries my total was 22$ The employees call out order numbers and eventually they will ask you your order number if you’re standing there… after my food sat there for five minutes and the they asked me my number… Then she says your food is here . I am like well you know say my number . I cant read minds .

First off I’ll say sadly I don’t have high expectations for customer service nowadays so I’m not judging these guys off of a gold standard.. but even with that everyone at this place just seems to have a poo poo attitude every time I come. They will say the right things like please and thank you, but the attitude behind it is overtly negative. I get working customer service sucks but at some point you’ve got to be a little bit grateful for the guy spending $20 for a sandwich… because without that guy you don’t have a job…
As far as the food it’s okay, I would say most of the time it’s good and hot and fresh, sometimes not. But I’ve ordered like 10 times and asked politely every time for extra mushrooms and every time I literally can’t even see any in my sandwich. If I’m spending $20 for a sandwich I think you can afford to give me 15-20cents worth of extra mushrooms. I mean, a side of a cup of ranch is almost a dollar, I don’t think this place can cry poor on ingredient margins. Anyway very sad to leave this long view because I really do try to like this place but there are obviously some things in the chain that need fixed from the top down.
