On Nov. 18th 2025 my family went to this Charlie’s, there was only one man working at 4pm he saw that we were at the counter waiting to order food. He decided to be rude and unprofessional. You Sir deserve to be fired! I hope whoever is in charge of this establishment will make the improvements that are necessary.

I am happy to say congratulations on customer service,,, Saturday afternoon groceries done, hair cut , done abit hungry,,, Charlie’s!!!! July heat out in side dining,, for sure the Orders are ready soon and it’s my favorite meal when I’m here!!! The lady,, I will say I sorry for pronouncing your name wrong,,, Constance? I forgot my drink,,, she brought it to my table,,, I ‘’forgot’’ to busy eating!!! My guest was allergic to mushrooms,,, she redid the sandwich and bought it out right away,,, I want to say we are both retired,,, and they all deserve a raise!!!

First of all, my overall experience went well far as the food goes. The only thing I think we had an issue with was the one person telling the cashier not to take any more orders for people with food allergies? We wanted something taken off only. We weren’t requesting them to clean the grill, not to have it on the food. I know that the cashier was very friendly and everybody else was as well. It was just that a tiny issue was all. But everything else was phenomenal

Our Family loves going to the BX…. sad to see Charley’s is the only place open to eat now on Saturdays. These 2 young adults are the only ones working and busting their tails off. Our lunch was great! I had the opportunity to watch and honestly I feel bad it was constant for them with no breaks or slow time. The line kept getting longer and longer. Good job you 2! I don’t know who you are but you both work like Champs. Thank you for your hard work
