Ordered a Sammy and it had friggen hair in it. I tossed the sandwich but found several short brown hairs and I have blue hair lol so definitely isn’t mine. Crazy how this happened because I ordered a sandwich during a super slow time. This is the best Philly cheese steak I have ever had and I’m from outside of Philly and had their famous cheesesteaks and that is saying something. I like these better because they are not greasy at all. Their bread is nice and soft and tastes really good!

Pretty fast service and friendly workers. The food is fresh, especially the bread. Everything tastes good, but could be seasoned a little more and the steak is a little dry. I wished they put more mayo on it too. This is the place in the food court that we usually choose when coming to the Southwest Plaza mall. They always have a long lone, so I believe they work as quickly as possible to get the orders out.

Older blonde lady at the cashier didn’t give us a receipt and was then yelling the other numbers and expecting us to know what our number was. When I said no receipt was given to us, she turned around speaking in Spanish like we were not understanding and laughing with a coworker about the receipt situation. There were only 3 people in line. She knew exactly our order but refused to tell us that it was our order. Completely unacceptable.
