I am quite surprised that there haven’t been more positive reviews for this location. Every time my husband and I visit this particular Charlie’s we are always greeted with smiles and great customer service. They always cook our food fresh and exactly how we requested our orders. Love Charley’s & the staff here was super kind even my food was good or so I thought…. something was not fresh maybe the mayo, veggies, lemonade? But 10 mins after eating my sandwich I started having severe stomach cramps & found myself on the toilet for 20 mins with diarrhea ♀️ I would just be careful eating at this location maybe it was my luck, but I won’t put myself through that pain again from eating them.

Truly one of the best Charley’s to dine at. My wife and I decided to stop in after shopping and we both left full and happy. I had my usual original cheesesteak and ultimate fries with a lemonade. My wife had the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. My cheesesteak and ultimate fries were simply delicious. So now on to the wings. I would have never thought wings at Charley’s would be some serious contenders. Now I wasn’t a fan of the garlic parm, but only because it’s not my flavor. But the lemon pepper is more to my liking. The wings were not only full of flavor, but very crispy. The garlic parm were also crispy and my wife really enjoyed them. Now with that out of the way. I have to give a huge thank you to Mike for providing great service throughout our time there. Remember my lemonade? Prior to leaving Mike asked if I would like a refill. That kind of gesture you don’t get from anywhere often and that just shows that the customer remains a priority from ordering to walking out the door full and happy. Thank you again Mike and to the cook. This Charley’s location will definitely be our go to in the future.

This location is very dirty. I was surprised. All tables, chairs, even the floor. Hardly anyone was in this restaurant. A worker with pink hair grabbed a red tray and stuffed the trash with it and placed it back where you leave the red trays after you’re finished eating. Myself and daughter had to wipe the table down and chairs. Windows and carpet looked really bad as well. Maybe we went on a bad day but I’ve never been to a Charley’s that dirty. They brought my 4 yr old daughter her chicken strips and fries that were super hot! Not cool. My fries were cold as well and had to send back.The food did not look like Charley’s food lol more like snack bar type. My Philly was good though I loved it.

I used the woman’s restroom before ordering and it was dirty and smelled like old urine. Really bad. I left without ordering. I can’t eat at a place that doesn’t have clean restrooms. I assume the people who work here use the nasty bathroom and if they don’t care about bathroom cleanliness, I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like. I’m disappointed, I wanted some loaded fries and a sammich now I have to find another place to eat.

My expectations are set at different levels according to the price and food type. This was quite a bit better than I expected, and it was elevated to a great experience because of the upbeat and pleasant staff. I could definitely recommend swinging by here to grab a snack or family dinner after a busy day and I highly doubt anyone would not be happy with your choice. Hope this helps.

Will not be coming here again. 12/15/25 @ 820pm person inside tried taking payment on his phone. Didn’t even ring it up on the computer. Jus did some kind on math on his phone and was like. ” tap ur car here” NO THANK YOU. I LEFT. Im NOT gonna get scammed. Beware of using CC at this location.

I have eaten at Charleys Philly Steaks for more than a decade. The food has always had the potential to be great, but the people that work there make or break the food product, the atmosphere, and your overall experience. The new owner, Mike, at the Forum location, is knocking it out of the park. This is not the same Charleys I knew from less than a year ago. In just a short time as owner, Mike has given the store something it lacked; he’s given it atmosphere! By having employees that display an attitude of wanting to be there, wanting to help you, and wanting to give their very best in putting out a great meal each and every time, it makes me want to keep on going back for more. I’ll see you all real soon. Keep up the great work!

I love their Ultimate fries! They never disappoint. You also have to try their Strawberry lemonade! It is fresh with real strawberries and it’s so refreshing and sweet. The cashier who took my order was funny and welcoming. Overall I’d definitely recommend coming here.
