They closed their restaurant 15 min early. When asked what time they close they lied and said 8:30-8:45 despite their posted hours until 9 PM. It’s frustrating when you have options and choose to go to Walmart to also pick up dinner to face a business that doesn’t even operate within their posted hours. And then when asked about it lies. I was a loyal customer but there’s nothing I dislike more than poor service.

TRASH!!TRASH!!…they knew this coming tonight! I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak. Look at the pic…this all of the meat I received on the bread. First of all…there is barely any meat for the size of sandwich. Secondly, it’s supposed to come with peppers, onions and mushrooms. It looks like peppers (a few) on the first pic but looking at the other pics no peppers nor mushrooms…REALLY! I showed the manager.. I guess that’s who he is and he said that was normal! If it was I would have never came back. This is ridiculous. The second sandwich I had was double meat double cheese… but it wasn’t. My husband was too hungry for me to take pics… I usually go to the one in Plano off George Bush and I’ll show you the difference. Going tomorrow just to make a point!! I spent too much money for this food to not let others know the truth!!

Honestly I was highly impressed with the quality, service, and taste of everything. The restaurant itself was a little dirty but there was only 2 employees so I can’t hold it against them and they were very fast at cooking all the food fresh which was another surprise and everything tasted amazing.

Charley’s Cheesesteaks and Wings is my new sandwich fix! The Philly Cheesesteak combo is phenomenal, I’ve already purchased it 3x, and they have a special Parmesan Peppercorn Philly that’s next on my list! They offer excellent customer service, host a great atmosphere with music & arcade games, plus the establishment is clean & well maintained !✨ I got a small Philly Cheesesteak with fries and a large delicious strawberry lemonade for approx. $14.25! (It’s a bit pricier but the quality is A1) – I highly recommend 10/10

Employees would rather talk to each other than greet and/or help customers. Stood there a good 2 mins before I was even acknowledged, no other customers and they were very well aware I was standing there waiting to pick up and order.

Oh my gosh, my boyfriend and I shared the bbq bacon cheese steak and scorpion hot wings and we were so impressed. The food was top notch, so much favor and made perfectly. The two ladies were so kind and helpful and made this experience extra special for us. They even had claw machines!! We will definitely be back.

The kitchen boy who was preparing my sandwiches had gloves on but was wearing headphones, which he shouldn’t have since he was handling food and kept touching his headphones and touching my food. At one point, one of his headphones fell into the ground and the other fell onto the table with condiments like lettuce and other items, which I think is very unhygienic. My husband used to really like eating there, but after seeing that he doesn’t want to go back. I never saw a manager there to make a complaint, only two employees. I think they should have more training with their employees on how to handle food.

I ordered 3 combo meals to go at 1900,
1 person in front of me and 1 person who came in 10 minutes later and didn’t receive my combos till 1930 (30) minutes later after the person that came in after me. If Mangement is training their employees at this location in timeliness and customer service , I will keep my money and look else where.

Order a cheese steak without mushrooms because I’m allergic to them. Got mushrooms lots of them. Took it home to find out. Wasn’t driving back. Waste of money and time. Threw it out. Bright side lemonade and fries were ok.
