I ordered a meal. They gave me the cup of fries half empty. I told them to fill it up and they said no because the weigh them before serving. Apparently I had very heavy fries because the lady next to me had a full cup of fries. The man doing the fries was rude and extremely unwilling to help. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend anyone going back. The qodoba next to it is way better and the staff is friendly. Stay away from Charley’s.

I got a chicken teriyaki & specifically asked for no onions or tomato. Instead, I got onions, lettuce, & tomato. The sandwich doesn’t come with that stuff & when I was asked again I simply told them “leave it plain.” I’m allergic to tomatoes, so I literally couldn’t eat the sandwich. I don’t know what’s happened to charley’s within the last couple of months, but this is the second consecutive time that this has happened & potentially the reason I stop coming.

They have a wide variety of selections that IMO can meet everyones preferences. We use them often and we love their grilled Teriaki chicken combo. Very reasonably priced as well!

This place is a guilty pleasure. I get the regular cheesesteak with meat and cheese only. Now you can get it with all the usual vegetables if you so desire. They also have chicken cheesesteaks and hot sandwiches. They looked good, just have never tried them. Food tends to be greasy, so I wouldn’t venture out on a road trip immediately after. Perfect food for bored office employees.

Three times I have been here and three times they messed up my order. That said, they also don’t seem to know cheese steaks particularly well. I have had them in Philly and this place wouldn’t be in business there. Let me be clear: I don’t expect great food form a fast food place but they have forgot seasoning and other things I asked for. Unfortunately you don’t have many other options at the BX.

Good food… took longer than usual to get our food and they forgot or fruits and the fries of the people before us. They did make them as soon as we told them, but them we were waiting to eat or sandwiches and they were getting cold.
