first time eating here and i will say it surprised me..the original cheesesteak was fantastic..the fries good and crispy..the Nashville Hot bone in wings were great as well..staff was nice and friendly..overall a better than expected experience.

I’m obsessed with their strawberry lemonade—hands down the best I’ve ever had from a fast food/casual place. The cheesesteaks and Nashville hot wings are also top-notch. The only downside? I’m not a fan of their fries, and if you order wings through the app, you’re forced to get fries with them, which is a bit of a bummer.

First time and I’m hooked! This is a very good sandwich! Wish they had a drive thru some where in town. I’d probably eat it several times a week! Loaded fries are awesome. I’ve had cheese steaks from back East when I lived out there years ago and this is how its done!

Never had a bad experience here or the others I’ve eaten. Finally talked my friend to try this place, he called and told me, “wow, this food is amazing, I should have tried it sooner.” I tell everyone to try them. I drive a truck all over the country. If you are ordering something off the menu, as is or with little alterations, this Charlie’s will be great. It looked clean and well maintained. If you need alterations, I wouldn’t eat here. I have digestive issues and avoid certain foods for comfort issues. When ordering, the cashier did not listen to my order and repeatedly tried to move through my order with out listening to me. After finally getting my order, in the confusion, she forgot to make sure not to have veggies put on it. After taking a closer look at the order, I realized I could not eat it with out any issues and took it back. They took it back and gave us a refund. So, if for any reason you have a need to have alterations done or have a special order, I would not order here. If not, please do. Besides the cashier I delt with, they seemed fine.

I visit Charleys about once a month. They always have Great sandwiches, and kind courteous service. The food service area is always clean and well kept. You can generally find a clean table in the food court. I find it a great experience, especially with the kids.
