I stop going to this location for long periods of time because service is always awful and this last time will be final. Service is awful, waiting 5 minutes just to order with no one saying a word to us, wait about 20 minutes for our food, and come home to this. Almost $30 spent to receive sandwiches like this. Would not recommend forking out the money for this place.

Signage says open at 11, but was closed until 12n. I wasnt real worried until I came in and trash overflowing. Waited probably a solid 5+ minutes while the employees didn’t even acknowledge me standing there to order. Placed order for 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. 20minutes later 1 fry came up. Another 10 min another fry. Then 3rd fry. Sandwiches?? Not even made. It took 45+ minutes for order to completely be done. 1 sandwich at a time came up. The grill was filthy! Dry crusty food from night before. Napkins all over floor. Tables sticky. This place is a health code violation!! $45 for lunch that was ick.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. We ordered two large Chicken Philly combos and an order of Mozz sticks. There was barely any meat, cheese, and veggies on both of them.
The lobby/dinning are was not clean. While we were sitting down, waiting for our food to be finished, half of the customers in line left because the person next in line behind us was not able to order for close to 15 minutes.
We will not be going back there again, until we hear the current owner and staff have been replaced.

Coming into the store, it clearly needed a good cleaning. I stopped looking around so I wouldn’t cancel my order. The short male took my order, spoke way to fast to understand and missed a couple things on my order. The sign stated 5.19 to upgrade, but I was charged 6.50. I felt rushed. My sandwich was ok. It had green peppers on it after I said no. Fries were nice. But I will suggest….add sauce to bottom before putting them in then on top.

Besides the food being good, what i liked about me visit most of al was the two women working the front on 12/6/25. While I was eating a man walked up to me and my family. Stating he knew me and got real close. Then one of the workers yelled at him to leave. Seemed like a regular that bugs customers for money or food idk which. I did end up tipping more then just a few dollars for their hard work.

I used to love this place, good sandwiches and the strawberry lemonade is really good. Walked into an empty store, stood in line. After about a minute a lady tells me just a moment, then 5 minutes go by with nothing, just cooking away for who I can only assume are DoorDash orders. This is like the 5th time, service is just awful. Won’t be back anytime soon.

POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!! This is a shame! They screwed my order up did not take accountability! Didn’t even apologize! Told me there was nothing they could do to fix it when I asked if they could the young female had no response when I asked her to Accommodate me for the mistake and told me there was nothing she could do! I have the receipt for the order I’m really disappointed the whole time the team was gathering my order they took their time and talked was not paying attention to what they were doing not well mannered I will not be coming back! Get it together!

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. Marcie provides a welcoming presence and excellent customer service. This was my second visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The philly cheesesteak was incredibly delicious. The team truly makes the dining experience exceptional. I recommend highly this location; it is the best.
