First time at this location and the food was not at all appetizing. The chicken Philly I ordered w/ fries barely had any chicken on it, the cheese was a camouflage to the lack of meat. The location in Tower City gives you a real nice order. This place at: Great Northern Mall, is not a good place to dine at while they skimp on the product and u still paying full price for what? The bread was not even fresh either!! I definitely won’t go back there and won’t advise no one else to.

My father in law dropped his entire meal and when we went up to buy another we were given a replacement free of charge. I always get good service but today they went above and beyond. Love the staff and (who I assume to be) the management. Always friendly!

The location I went to is now GONE. I don’t know why. Their food was excellent. I always got the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. My son always got the chicken and fries. Was hot, delicious, and quick. I was sad that they didn’t last at this location! I recommend if you have one to go eat there!

The employees are very rude. Can’t understand what they are asking since the cashier mumbles. Got their kids meal, hot nuggets cold fries. Too many places to go won’t return here.

Staff was incredibly rude and never put ranch on my chicken California. They almost handed my food to the wrong person and kept yelling over each other so I couldn’t even hear them. I used to love coming here but the staff has ruined the whole experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Food poisoning my girlfriend from a chicken finger kids menu item? How about you take control of your cross contamination and get your workers in line. What if that was a child that ate those chicken fingers? I’d be careful if I were you because you might have a lawsuit on your hands. Don’t let your kids eat here cuz they might get sick, or anyone for that matter.

Sandwiches have taken several steps back in taste and quality. Good fries and friendly workers. Drink was flat, dispenser problem probably. Bad time of day maybe late afternoon. Chicken California used to be the bomb.
