This was the first time ever visiting this restaurant bc I was also ordering for a coworker. And boy will it be the last time I ever come to this place. I came in on my lunch break and ordered two Philly steak and cheese sandwich with fries and a drink. Should have been a very simple order. WRONG!!!! Restaurant was clean and the cashier was super sweet. The ordering process wasn’t the issue. HOWEVER! I waiting for my food and some woman with purple hair was making my sandwich. Disgusting!!! I don’t work fastfood but I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to wear gloves and you dont touch raw food and then make a sandwich. She had no gloves on and just threw it together. So sloppy. You can tell she doesn’t care about her job or customers. When I asked to change something on my sandwitch after I had paid you could hear her from the back cursing. She walked off and came back. Idk if she was coming back in from outside or the back area but she had a cloud of smoke behind her as she was walking back to make food. DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS!!!. Just absolutely unacceptable behavior. The woman who took my order was very sweet and apologized for me hearing the woman with purple hair cursing. While I appreciate the fact she did make everything right, I will never come back and I will make sure to tell all the lady’s I work with not to ever come back here. WORSE FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Fries were under cooked, they were in a hurry but it still shouldn’t happen. And they changed the menu, took turkey completely off of it. Won’t be going back, do better Charleys! Per to usual staff was great though.

Had a coupon for free lemonade w/purchase over $8. Told her I did NOT want combo, just sammy, reg philly $9.99 and free drink. At window she said $12+. I said again – no fries.
I got fries, drink, sammy for $9.99.

Ordered food at 6:54pm, arrived to the store at 7:13pm. All I really wanted was the strawberry lemonade, that’s what I was so excited about. I was told that “They are cleaning the lemonade machine and it’s down, can I get you anything else.” Not understanding how it’s getting cleaned more than 2 hours before closing? Laziness to make the lemonade? Not sure. Got home, looked at “ultimate fries” and they just sprinkled some bacon on plain fries. What a joke.

Absolutely disgusting. Decided to get a cheesesteak on the way home which turned out to be a terrible mistake. There was hair all throughout my sandwich as if it was an extra add-on with the mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Not to mention, it took me 10-15 minutes in the line with only 1 car in front of me. Overall horrible experience and definitely wont be back. Waste of $10.
