So I normally love eating here but the last 4 times I have tried to order, I have had employees roll their eyes at me, when I tell them I have deadly food allergies and the grill need to be cleaned before my food is made. I have just stop ordering food here. One employee said ‘I bet you really don’t have food allergies. You’re just being difficult. I carry an epi-pen for and medical alert bracelet. So I just walked away, I can’t deal with rude people. Will not be going back to Charley’s ever again.

I sent my husband to pickup food for our family.He was greeted with an attitude.He tells them hes there to pickup my order tells them my name,oh that’s not enough we need to see the order #,he shows them,oh no it needs to be the email,okay no problem shows them,and is still hesitant..oh well ???idk? and then made to feel like he is TRYING TO STEAL food and talked down to.My husband steps to the side calls me to inform me of the situation while trying to figure out what the big deal is. This place has the best subs. They cook them on a flat top right in front of you. Best strawberry lemonade I’ve ever had. If you get the right person to cook your food he puts on a show like your at a hibachi restaurant.

Everytime I’ve eaten here the food has been really good and better than expected. However, it’s also left me with mild stomach problems. I’ll probably come back again despite this. Food is still good and I’ve had friends eat here and have zero issues.

This place is Terrible. The manager is so rude and unwelcoming and the way she talks to her employees is also very rude. I feel so bad for them. It’s honestly very unprofessional to yell at your employees in front of customers. It puts us in a very uncomfortable situation.
