This place is amazing! The Philly cheesesteak was so delicious — juicy meat, melted cheese, and fresh bread. Everything tasted perfect. The staff was friendly too. Honestly one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had. I will definitely come back again!

We popped in to the Mall at Barnes Crossing to grab lunch and do some quick shopping. The service at Charley’s was swift even though there were lots of patrons. The food was filling and very good. I got a small chicken philly with regular fries and my friend got a small club philly with loaded fries. We were both very pleased. The season salt, jalapeño lime salt, and malt vinegar at the end of the line had a huge impact on the flavor, and we were glad we used them. Overall very happy with our meals! The price was great. Will definitely choose this place again! Drinks are an additional cost on top of the meal deals, but we still spent less than $10 per person per meal with drinks included.

Charley’s never disappoints! I love the philly cheesesteak! Nice staff & atmosphere is ok, it’s inside the mall so typical mall food court atmosphere. I do recommend!

the food is amazing and so is the customer service. at times staff can have some attitude issues but I’ve had a reoccurring issue of finding hairs in my food , in the steak or cheese. i try to take it out but sometimes i see more. i love this restaurant just , please fix this 🙁

I ordered from here tonight. It was delicious! The Philly cheese steak, cheese fries, strawberry lemonade all were just perfect. And price can’t beat, the large Philly steak was HUGE.! My new favorite place.

Alway a great place to eat the steak and cheese are really good. I’m a truck driver and have ate at several locations and always great service and food. I wish we had one in my home town.

This location should be closed down the service is terrible. Had a friend who witnessed this crew spit in someone’s food and serve it to them. When they asked for their money back security was called. They did not hesitate to spit in someone’s food with a window full of customers imagine what they will do when your not looking. They also refused the refund.
