Have had Charley’s in multiple states and on multiple military bases and I have never seen a Charley’s restaurant this problematic. I LOVE Charley’s but this specific location is not it. I have come here multiple times and every time it’s the same thing. They consistently do not have fries or lemonade available doesn’t matter day of the week or time of day. If you come after 1pm lunch rush all of a sudden the lemonade machine is broken and they can’t make fries. Worst quality Charley’s sandwich I’ve ever had. The customer service is horrendous and the store has always been trashed. Also this store doesn’t take or participant Charley’s Rewards. It’s a stark contrast to the Qdoba next door which shows it’s possible to keep a clean kitchen, and have hot food.

I went there today for lunch and the cashier was BEYOND rude. She rang up my order incorrect and when I let her know she shouted over to the other workers ‘someone needs to take over the register before my nerves get my mouth in trouble’. I heard her be rude to the other customers in line as well. Would love some info to report her to a higher up as well.

Don’t go here! They will charge you for things and not give them to you. Even after you show them your receipt to prove you paid for your items. Worst customer service. I’ve never had to argue with someone at a restaurant before and I can’t believe they would even argue with a customer. DON’T GO!
