I know this place has received many bad reviews ..but I had lunch there with my client and it was good..I was skeptical ..but my order was prepared how I ordered..I had the chicken Philly with everything..I also tried the lemon pepper wings..not the best..could have used more seasoning..now, it is rather pricey

Went to pick up an order for a customer of door dash, the dark skinned girl with black hair was the absolute most rude employee I’ve ever encountered, if it wasn’t about where I was standing, it was about the order, and then to top it off, I was charged 82 cents for a ranch cup that was on the order already but she didn’t see it and refused to look at my dasher screen. I know where I’ll never eat or accept an order for again.

I’ve given this Charleys location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The staff is unprofessional and discourteous, and customers are rarely greeted. No one seems to understand how their own online system works, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion. The food is often rushed, poorly prepared, or stale.
There is also a particular cook short, light-skinned female, who is consistently rude. She always seems irritated, is short with customers, and makes people feel like they’re bothering her just by placing an order or asking a question.

My family and I wanted to eat something different for dinner on Friday, August 22nd, 2025. We ordered three six piece Sweet Teriyaki wings with two Small Chicken subs. The food was fresh and the wings were so delicious. The staff were kind and attentive. Oh, the best part is that the prices are reasonable. We will definitely eat here again!

i used the self thing to order my daughter food, i didn’t know wings didn’t come with ranch and there was a long line so i asked the girl for a ranch she said .55 cent i only had my phone and she processed to tell me to stand in line for a ranch by then my food would get cold. this was for my daughter it’s her bday and she wanted some wings the way they acted and talked to me was so rude. the manager does not like her job and has to be a mistrals a person for the way she was acting over a ranch. i could have paid on the self thing. a customer in line offered to pay for the ranch for my baby to eat and they even refused his money because it was for me. everyone there was rude and that’s no way to conduct business .only thing i asked was so wings don’t come with ranch and she acted like the world was going to end or she had to go make the ranch her self. worst customer experience ever and the manager needs to find another profession

Horrible place. Don’t waste your money or time. Customer service was bad. They side eyed me constantly and just looked like they hated I was there. I ordered a small cheesesteak sandwich and they hardly put any meat on there. So much of the bottom of the bread was visible. Maybe about two tablespoons of meat were on this sandwich. It was horrible.

The customer service was nonexistent. The new cashier did not smile once and had to be prompted to ask for our order while we were standing right in front of her. The male cook messed up our order and when I told him, he wanted to us to transfer the fries from one order to the next. I have never heard of that in the food industry. The meat was not shredded like it usually is at other locations and my #1 combo sub was bland. I was so disappointed. I paid $42 for a let/down.

Customer service is horrible. After waiting 10mins for some cheese fries I asked how much longer and got the worst attitude from the girl who threw them up on the counter. Don’t waste your time just eat at one of the many other choices.

Charley’s Cheesesteaks is one of the better places to eat at the Parkway Place Mall Food court. Their portion sizes are good and they have some decent combo deals. I don’t usually get their fries but they are decent. The 3 Cheese with Bacon or the Prime BBQ are my go to sandwiches.

I will not eat here again. We waited, and got half our order. They called out the wrong number for the other half of our order, then set it aside since no one claimed it. So we are still standing there waiting an additional 20 minutes while other orders are filled. We finally asked and they handed us the food that they called out the wrong number on for us to eat, after sitting there all that time. Then was also given attitude because we asked about the order.
