Pleasantly surprised. Ordered a No. 2 combo. The Philly cheesesteak and fries were served nice and hot. The meat was seasoned well.
I passed this place quite a few times going into Walmart and always hesitant to try it. Good food and service – give it a try if your looking for a quick bite to eat!

Food was amazing but man the service was not great. Started off walking in extremely excited to dig in to a cheesesteak, very quickly realized it would be up to 1 hour to get it. Felt almost like I’m in Hell’s Kitchen getting a 5 star gourmet steak cooked back there, but when the food came out quickly realized that that was not what was going on. Extremely disappointed in a staple restaurant around the us.

Watched one of the workers pick up half of the sandwich he dropped and put it back on the bread I told him he better not do that with mine….I guess I shot myself in the foot my sandwich after I waited 30 minutes for it came out the smallest I have ever had from a Charley’s no meat almost and cold will never come here again.

We frequently order to go at this location. The food is always freshly made. The staff is friendly and you can tell they are doing their best. I would consider the food you get a good value. Anytime we’ve received an incorrect order, it has been corrected with no issue. I definitely recommend this location of Charlie’s.
