lolllllz, can I do a negative star review?? lets start with how you can tell me that we use a AI or robot to take my order & STILL haveto sit & wait, just to pull up to see 7-10 “employees” “working”, giggling, dancing, laughing, ticking, yes! blasting not bluetooth music. I saw so many people without hair nets, & all I have to say is… if I as a customer had THIS much time to notice all of this… wow. the quality of the food is the real kicker here haha… they were so sloppy. no love, no tlc, straight up lazy & gross. i could cook better than that… clearly, if you don’t want to work, GO HOME. & all of these reviews are 1 stars. MAN, whoooooo is managing this franchise? you should be ashamed of your “employees”.

I’m giving them one star because I cannot give them zero but this place has closed its lobby two times already before 9 PM when their working hours is until 10 PM. Make it make sense. A worker came outside and told us that their manger told them that they had to close an hour earlier so the lobby could be cleaned by 10. I don’t know how true this is. They sat there laughing at us, trying to open the lobby doors. It wasn’t until they saw me taking the picture (attached to this review) that they came out and said the above statement. We came in December 26, and got there at 8:51 on a Friday.

O. M. G. I decided to skip the somewhat lengthy drive through line and go in. It was Sunday at noon, so of course people wanted chicken after church. There were about four people ahead of me inside. I ordered so the kiosk because ordering at the counter was not an option. 32 minutes later… yes, 32…I received my order of two 2 piece dinners. I would have left but since I ordered at the kiosk I had already paid and no one was available at the counter. The guy ahead of me was on his lunch break from the tire store next door, had ordered online before he got there, and had been waiting over 30 minutes. When I finally brought the food home, one of the dinners didn’t have a biscuit, which is my husbands favorite part of the meal. They were so disorganized it was pathetic. I’m usually willing to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt but… this was a horrible experience. My family loves chicken and this location opened near our house, but we’ll not be going back.

Sadly this is the worse in quality of food Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Sadly because it’s the closest to me. I’ve given up on this location. I don’t prefer Zaxbys but I find myself tolerating it instead of visiting this location now. There needs to be some retraining or firing. I hate leaving bad reviews but I will especially if it’s warranted. This location has been consistently bad food quality. Old cold and one piece of chicken rancid smelling.

Save your money, time and patience. You really don’t want to eat from this place. There’s other places to have better food, service and are clean.
This is a newer restaurant so I didn’t expect it to go downhill so quickly… BTW no DHEC grade was on the door to walk in.

Asha and Elisha are literally the best people I’ve ever met in my life. I don’t go to any other Bojangles just because they were here every time I walk in i ask for Asha and elisha. they’re very godly people And they make my food taste better with just there generosity and caring.

I placed an online order for breakfast for my drivers and myself. I sent a driver to pick-up the order. She walks in to the African American woman working the counter having a cussing match with a customer. The employee the proceeds to wave her hand at everyone else at the counter and say y’all gonna have to wait. Refused to even let my driver ask about my order that she could see sitting on the pick-up counter. When she finally does decide to acknowledge her she snatches up the order tearing the bag. I work in management. If any of my employees ever treated a single customer like that, much less multiple. They would be fired on the spot.

Unfriendly atmosphere, and if your order is stolen, they’ll point out the person who took it and tell you they’re still here and expect you to run after them. The drinks taste like cleaning products.

I would like to know who in the name of all that is holy runs this place. Seriously, white gravy on mashed potatoes? And didnt even get my order right, I ordered 2 chicken legs and got a chicken leg, a breast, and a biscuit. This might actually be the worst bojangles I’ve ever been to, I am highly disappointed. This place needs new staff and management or it will shut down soon.
