I had an amazing experience at Charlie’s Philly Steaks. The food was phenomenal— the cheesesteak sandwiches were perfectly seasoned, with juicy meat and a crisp roll. I tried their Philly cheesesteak and was blown away: juicy meat, fresh and soft bread, and the perfect amount of melted cheese. Everything was hot and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and quick with the service, even during peak hours. I also really liked how clean the place was and its casual yet welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommended!

The reason for the 3-stars is because the staff that work there are shady. My last two orders, they helped themselves and added a tip to my order – without asking me. Typically, tipping is something I always do out of my own volition and tip well. However, sneaking in an extra charge without my consent is downright theft.
Pros: I’ve always loved this place when I had a craving for something hearty. it’s located inside the mall so very convenient to get the food on the go.

The worst service possible. The woman at the register was quick to ring us up but then all work stopped until the person cooking finished his call right in front of us. While we waited one employee picked from the toppings area and kept sharing the sliced cheese with the two other staff members while they stood around talking.

The 2 Young Guys They Have Today Play Too Much I Came Back Today Because The Chicken Is So Good & The Older Man Was Very Professional so Helpful. The darker one one with hair so lazy, sloppy I said extra well done it was not. This how he served me my food. Just so nasty he pour the chicken out of the bucket with the sauce waste it everywhere.
