I just got the old school which was supposed be an extra portion of beef that came with onions and first they forgot the onions and all they did is sauté some onions and added it in the sandwich and then covered the rest of the sandwich with a bunch of cheese sauce, so it makes up for the lack of meat portion, I was excited to get some food at Charlie’s since they just reopened and I expected better. I get they can be busy and they can make mistakes sometimes but when I’m paying a good amount of money to eat there, I want my food to be what I ordered.

Well I had a completely different experience than some of these nagar I’ve reviews I am seeing! Now I went on a week day when they weren’t that busy, but they proceeded to be super friendly to me, got my order correct and the Buffalo Chicken Philly was super hot and the bread was fresh! They also added ranch at my request and it was delicious!! (See pics!)

Food was alright, but somehow they messed up my order twice lol, I’ve never had that happen to me before. Cashier asked for my order confirmed what I said then I got the receipt and saw it said something different, then the manager came out and cooked it for me, went back to my seat took a bite and realized it was missing the bacon I paid for, so I walk up and they handed me a single piece of bacon for my large sandwich… at that point I didn’t want to even correct them because I was over it at that point, job is clearly too hard for them even though they weren’t even busy lol.

I was truly disappointed with the service. I spent 20 minutes for a half sandwich I told the cashier I wanted the chicken combo. The fact that she asked me if I wanted anything to drink with it and i said no. I asked her twice before I insert my card if it comes with fries & she assured me. She didn’t cash the correct things. The staff was so slow and enthusiastic I will NEVER shop there again. The worst experience ever. The bread was dry and it was cold.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. It is absurd how inconsiderate the servers are here. Not only will you receive extremely slow service but expect your order to come out incorrectly. I have given this location multiple opportunities to have better service since the food here is really good. The outcome is unfortunately always the same. They used to give a reasonable amount of ingredients in the philly but now they are cheeping out a lot. My small philly had a singular tomato. My suggestion, since this restaurant is already in the mall I would recommend an alternative to this location.

Decided to stop in here for a late lunch while doing some early Christmas shopping. Both my fiance and I got a #2, ate, walked around for a bit and within 15-20 minutes started feeling very sick. We couldn’t even finish shopping without rushing home with the runs. So disappointed

Ordering took a while which was fine. The problem came in when we got the food we ordered. This is an absolute joke!!!! There wasn’t even enough meat and toppings to fill a sub half it’s size. The fries they we got were soggy. I can go on and on about how horrible this experience but I’ll let the pictures do the talking.

This was my first time eating here and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I got the Philly Cheese steak (there’s something about eating exactly what a food establishment is known for) with fries. I especially loved the cheese and mushrooms and their fries were really good too. I will definitely be back to try another sub. I recommend giving this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Freshly grilled and garnished Cheesesteak hoagies and fries…I love these sandwiches and the seasoned french fries. Everything is hot and juicy. Service is quick. I wish they still had the pepperoni steaks but original is plenty good. My host at Georgia Mall was very friendly and chatty so I highly recommend this location. Do not forget to use the seasoned salt in the shaker on your fries!

Their cooks suck, cheesesteak not chopped fine nor the veggies making for an unfulfilling experience. Go to Great wraps instead they cut the meat on a rack straight into sandwich.
