12:30 on a Wednesday. Not a single employee in sight. Waited several minutes and finally called “Hello? through the door to the back. The employee shuffled out with a scowl and terrible attitude. After growling “I’m coming” and glaring at me I decided this was NOT the person I want handling my food. There may not be any real choices in the food court but there are plenty around the mall. I understand there is a staffing shortage but as a consumer I still have a choice where I spend my money and it will NOT be here.

Showed up at 7:43 and was told they were closed and I could only get a drink. When asked what time do you close, the manager said around this time every night. Never gave me a specific time. Just “around this time every night”. The place beside them said they are all not supposed to close until 9:00 which is when the mall closed. Not only did the guy close early, and lie, he mocked me when I thought he wasn’t looking. HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER!! Such poor customer service.

It used to be fairly good but customer service is quite bad now. 99% of places you get a drink at have free refills and they no longer do for soft drinks or tea, it’s a dollar extra PER refill on top of the $3 or so they charge for the regular drink which is crazy. And what’s even worse is that they charge $1 for a cup of water because the styrofoam cup Cost a dollar extra. Like seriously you’re charging $1 for 3¢ cups now????? on top of the $10 sandwich. Which fast food restaurant has ever charged extra for that. None of this was explained beforehand either so we just expected the water to be free since it was a cup of water, not a bottle.
