So we drove a little ways to go try this place. With that said let’s get to it. I’ll explain the 4star
The cheesesteak is real good! Lot of Flavor, definitely one of the best in the area as the bread is great and not a hard bread like some places,
On to the fries we had regular fries and cheese fries, these was nothing special as they was lacking flavor them selves amd could have been cooked a little longer, the cheese was nothing special as it just tasted like a cheesy plane tater, so the fries could use some work
We got a regular lemonade and a peach lemonade, they both was very good and fresh, they could have had more in them as it was more ice then drink in this cup.
On to the workers, very nice and they was all working and helping also the store was very clean.
Now on to the reasons for the 4 star, the price! It was almost 20 dollars a person now mind you what we got was a large and that’s a 12 inch sub, fries and a drink, the fries not being good didnt help and then the small cups we got for the lemonade.
Will we go back? Not sure because of the Price, and the fries need work. Now if your in the area and have no problem with the price give it a try as the sub is good

My first time at a Charleys Chocolate Cheesecake Factory.. Not at all what I expected. Had the 3 bacon burrito, chicken from California, and began fries. Had drink with strawberry picked straight from tree, so fresh. All was food such great! Would eat again

My chicken Philly cheesestake was delicious… but that’s about it.. fries was undercooked… the 6 piece boneless wings was really 3 pieces and some crumbs. I guess I expected better for $56.68.

Fries were cold and didn’t see to be cooked all the way. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed I was there. 6:45 on a Friday evening. Even tho they supposedly close at 8 I got a small teriyaki with no onions, they put onions on it. And the place was overall messy. Will not go back

Food was amazing but what sold me the most is how accommodating they were with my wife who has a red meat allergy. We told them right away she had an allergy and we wanted to know if it would be a problem, their reply was absolutely not. We will gladly take care of you and they did just that. They quickly cleaned the grill surface, used different utensils for her and in about 8 min had her food in front of her. We were floored at the great service we received. We know it can be an inconvenience to serve people with food allergies but this place handled it in the most professional manner we have ever encountered. We will be back even though we live 3.5 hours away. Very clean place, and great staff. Fries were great as well. The strawberry lemonade is unreal!! Thank you guys so much for the excellent service.

Arrived at 6:45 to pick up my online order that I had already paid for that had been confirmed and I was receiving updates on just to find the doors locked and store closed website says they close at 7 apparently not
