This was an Uber Eats order. Charley’s is a complete disappointment and a rip off. I ordered a veggie sub and a chicken cheesecake sub for my kid. There must be a disclaimer that I missed that said chicken sold separately because this sandwich has NOTHING in it. You dont have to worry about me ever patronizing this place again.

This place has never disappointed me over 3-4 visits at this specific location over 3 years. I’ve tried the one at I think Wheaton or something and Baltimore near Johns Hopkins and this place is always at least a 4/5 and the other locations really paled in comparison.
Comforting to see that a popular train station has reliable fast food. Fries are my favorite kind, crispy on the outside but super fluffy on the inside. Gourmet fries are also delish. Cheesesteaks (as someone who’s never been to Philly yet) seem pretty good at the price point too.

I’ve visited this location a few times and both times the food was great! The gourmet fries with the nacho cheese is amazing! Just remember this is a train station and you will be approached by the homeless especially if you decide to eat in the food court.

Stopped for lunch at Union station. I went to Charley’s Cheesesteaks. They were super busy and worked us all thorough pretty quickly. Odd thing though – took the order and then the person making the sandwich asked again what toppings I wanted. Guess better that, than get it wrong. Good & filling meal. Pretty decent service too!

Long time Charley’s fan. I’ve been eating here for 3 years during work and can say it is consistent. Staff are super friendly and welcoming to me and ask how I’m doing and how the food is whenever I come by. I recommend this spot if you need a large amount of food!
