First time and Last time here. The customer service is poor. There was only one person working. She took our order and told us it’ll be a little bit of a wait, which we’re okay with it. We ordered 4 piece chicken, potato wedges, and mashed potato. We actually got our food fairly quick. She came out and handed me our order without saying anything.
The food is the worst. Mashed potatoes are the ones that’s mixed with water. Our chicken was uncooked (see picture below) and the only okay food was the potato wedges.

The chicken was good, but not as flavorful as other’s. Quiet, limited dining available. There were more carry out orders than done in while we were there.
Fish is available on Fridays.

We ordered their boneless chicken tenders, they were a little bigger than cheese curds, nothing but breading. Would not recommend. The rest of the food was good. Had the 3 pc combo. I chose the Mashed potatoes.

One of the hidden gems of Oshkosh imo. I always order their chicken tenders, biscuits are very good, and the mac n cheese beats any other restaurant in town far as I’m concerned. Always friendly, and food always made fresh. If you need to change up what you’re eating, I highly encourage you to try this restaurant. It has limited seating, but I always take it home to the family anyway so not a big deal to me but to some that might be a draw back. Still, definitely recommend trying them!

The chicken here is amazing but be prepared to wait, even with a phone order. The sides are average, but very appealing for a family. Not a fan of the place itself and the food prep/cashier was friendly but a little disorganized. There truly is something about the prep though, so whatever he’s doing…
There were a few reviews that were extremely negative. Whether justified or not, this IS heavy food, so if you’re not used to grease and salt, eat in moderation! I truly didn’t think the chicken was overly greasy. I’m pretty sure it’s broasted.

First time eating here and we were quite impressed!
Some may think it’s in a sketchy neighborhood or the building may look small…. however the food inside is TERRIFIC.
We had the regular fried chicken and the chicken tenders…. BEATS KFC HANDS DOWN. And the portions were quite large! They didn’t skimp on that. Now the wife said the Cole slaw was good “I don’t prefer any coleslaw so I did not partake”. We both agreed the biscuits were a little hard and the mashed potatoes were decent. HOWEVER the chicken and dipping sauce is what made this a 5 star food rating. PHENOMINAL breading.

1.5 stars. This was my first ever order from them and they got it wrong and took an hour and a half to deliver. The biscuits are the worst biscuits I’ve ever had from anywhere, ever. I could make better biscuits from the store. The mashed potatoes are mediocre. The chicken is about 3 stars, which is the only reason this isn’t one star, but I don’t think I will ever be ordering from them again. With food like this, I’d be surprised if they stay in business for very long around here when there’s so many better options. Very disappointing.

Got a family deal for carryout – chicken was hot and decently crispy but had almost no salt or flavor at all. The chicken was greasy, but the grease somehow tasted like water? Potato wedges were barely crispy and not very soft, also with a distinct lack of salt. The biscuits were thick and fluffy, but had no flavor and just gummed up your mouth instantly. The one saving grace was that the Mac and cheese was creamy with good cheese flavor, but that was the only enjoyable part of the meal.

Chicken was bland. The tenders I got were straight out of the fryer (nice and crisp tenders) but they were bland, there is no seasoning whatsoever. The potato wedges were hard even though they too were out of the fryer and should be crispy and soft in the middle. The biscuits were just weird tasting altogether, didn’t even bother after the first bite
I have to admit service was fast and kind of courteous, even though both employees were arguing with one another and one of them was about to have a breakdown and got a bit rude towards the end of our visit.
Overall, I would not recommend and don’t waste your time coming here.

I ordered a four piece chicken tender meal. Everything was hot and fresh.. The chicken tenders were OK didn’t have much flavor though. Potato wedges same as the chicken, not much flavor. The biscuit was awful.
