Food was delicious, from the salad bar to all the meats and the different additional items that were served with the full experience, everything tasted great. It was a bit on the saltier side, so just be mindful of that. I enjoyed all the different cuts of steak. The Cheesesteak threw me off (in a good way) but a great addition! I believe we had almost 15 different types of meats. The salad bar had tons of options! Dessert, I’ll get to that shortly.
Besides the fact the food was great and the place was amazing, my waiter/service was horrible. (I do not remember his name) I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if he just didn’t know what he was doing. But after this experience and my observations I believe the waiter that I had could not multitask, the moment he got caught up doing another thing, he forgot his original task. He didn’t ask what we wanted to drink, just offered us water. After about 5-10 mins I called another person working to order drinks, our drinks came out separately and not together, after another 5-10 mins. I also noticed that my waiter barely came to our table but noticed him checking in on the 3 other tables near me. We asked him for the dessert menu, thats when I noticed he was asked to do something else by someone else and forgot to bring us a dessert menu. After about 7 mins or so I got someone else’s attention and just asked for the check. I provided a tip not based off percentage but based off my overall service experience.
I would give this place another try due to the food being delicious and all the staff members being responsive. I always give a place that I had a bad experience a 2nd try to see if it happens again, that’s when I know I would never go back.
The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. Our server, Rebekah, provided phenomenal service, and Edgar, the manager, went above and beyond by personally showing us the salad bar and highlighting items that matched our dietary needs.
The food was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the hospitality was truly first-class. If we’re ever back in King of Prussia, we will definitely return to Charkoal’s Brazilian Steakhouse.

I was a first time customer & was a little sketchy at first based on pictures from the google reviewers. I liked that they asked & had an allergen list. I will be returning w/others to enjoy the experience again
BUT NOT even halfway through our time there and the power goes out. They put little lights on our tables but they stopped serving food. The place started to get smoked out because the exhaust fans stopped working due to no power. I feel like I paid a lot of money for not even half a meal. Our bill was around 366 bucks and the management gave us a $58 refund which was the server’s tip. I have a really BAD taste in my mouth now. Hope the power doesn’t go out when you go because you will be paying full price for not even half the meal or experience. We should have gone to the other Brazilian steakhouse. Im sure if their power went out and our bill was over 300 bucks we would have gotten more than the tip money back. Especially since we weren’t even there long.
What elevates the experience even more is the dedication to service. The servers are outstanding, frequently checking in to customize and perfect how your steak is prepared. The personal touch from the staff, including the restaurant manager’s clear commitment to customer satisfaction, really shines through. This is an incredible combination of seriously good food and outstanding, caring service. Highly recommend!
