Today I never gotten pissed off in my life! I’ve been going here for over 5 years and the manager decided to kick me out and my family because I called them on the BS of 16% service. It not printed on the menu and the waitress didn’t tell us anything also they have hidden as gratuity 16% not service under California law SB 478 it needs to be printed out and mention to the consumer which it was not, and the use cheap tape to put it on top. Already reported to state of CA.

General consensus for the restaurant was bad. Staff neglected the table throughout our stay. Our wait was extreme considering there were many tables open. In the middle of our meal we were told we had to move to another table when our group unexpectedly shorted because of the wait. There was no consideration to us as we had already begun our meal. The food is fine, no complaints, it’s hard to mess up sides and some meats. the service was bad, and frankly the price is high for such service. I would not come here again. On top of everything the gratuity of 16% is automatically added, obviously leaving no option when your unhappy with your visit.

Walked in and called ahead of time to see availability and I was assured the seating would not be a problem. When we arrived we put our names down and waited to be seated. Shortly after this we saw a couple of tables open and we asked about the table can seat our party of 4 adults and 3 children (two high chairs and one can seat in a normal chair) we were told by the employee that no its too tight for us. Some what insinuating that were “too big” mind you im the biggest one in my group just being 5’8″ 204 lbs. Safe to say i will not be coming back to this establishment.

Had lunch at CKB last Sunday. It wasn’t very crowded. As soon as we were seated, they took our orders, and the food/ meat started arriving. The prices of the AYCE is still very affordable. I enjoyed that the servers went around often to check the tables if we needed anything. Everything that we order was yummy. We all enjoyed our lunch, and we loaded ourselves with protein.

Charcoal Korean BBQ is just okay. The food and overall experience are average, and nothing really stands out. Quality and service can be inconsistent depending on how busy it is.
It’s acceptable if you’re nearby and craving Korean BBQ, but it’s not a place I would go out of my way to visit.

Lots of barbecuing going on, but not a lot of barbecue. Will say tho did in fact fill me up so my tummy feels good. Would go again tho it’s expensiveeee lowkey want to find a cheaper joint. Buttt they wouldn’t let me get an entree cause everyone was getting all you can it lowkey rage bait.

We got here on a Monday night at 8:30 PM. It was not very busy, but they stopped sitting people at that time. We were asked, because of maintenance issues, that we have to leave by 9:30 PM. They usually close at 10 PM. We thought about it a little bit, but we were craving Korean bbq, so we agreed. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and we didn’t feel rushed at all!
We chose all you can eat for 36.99 per person. The meats were very tender and well seasoned! The sides were all fresh and very tasty. Our craving for K-bbq was well satisfied! We’ll definitely be back.

I didn’t know what to expect. It was a fun atmosphere. The price includes meat and sides, drinks, and dessert. We were a party of 5 and everyone had plenty to eat and cooking on the grill was a fun way to pass the time. Will go again!
