Stopped in for a late dinner with local friends on a recent visit to La Quinta. Overall a very good experience. Loved the atmosphere in the place, very good service and wine selection is quite nice. Our group of 4 tried 4 different entrees and a couple of salads, all of which were quite good. Friendly staff! My only complaint is that the place is very busy and as a result it was quite noisy. I would definitely return however!

Love this place. Good, local haunt. Always good drinks, friendly team and the food is traditional. Not “San Francisco trendy” but the kind of place you can come by regularly and count on a nice evening. If you’re looking for African Teak finishes and glass block accents, go elsewhere. If you want a comfortable restaurant, with a reasonably priced wine list and consistent experience, this is your place!

What a hidden gem; this place proffers charm, service, and food quality. I’ve known about the restaurant like forever, but last night had the occasion to dine. The entire evening was paced at our table’s pace, and nothing was rushed. It’s not precocious at all, and definitely well polished. If you’re visiting or a local, do get reservations as the dining room only can sit so many. You will be pleasantly amazed.

We celebrated our 31 year anniversary here last night and it was fabulous, from start to finish! Very cozy, romantic atmosphere, excellent service, and the food! I had the fried scallops and hubby had the Dover sole, with chocolate bon bon for dessert. Our new favorite!

I went here for dinner with a coworker on a Sunday night. Like others have said, you would not think this would be a great Italian restaurant from the outside or from the location. We were pleasantly surprised. We did feel a bit under dressed inside (t-shirt and shorts) but it was not a big deal. The service was very quick and inviting. The appetizers were delicious and the dinners were superb. Like old school Italian restaurants, one of the owners came by mid-meal to make sure we were happy and had a quick friendly conversation with each table. I was very satisfied with everything at Chapelli’s.

What a wonderful surprise when we walked through the front door. Very unassuming on the outside, absolutely charming on the inside. It is a quiet, yet festive atmosphere. Felt very local, which was awesome. As a Sicilian, I can tell you the food (at least the Arrabiata) was spot on. Wonderful night! Wonderful service. Can’t wait to go back.

Thought I would treat my girlfriend and her grandma to a nice dinner, This place was expensive but what the heck. When I got there I was surprised to see half the tables empty? I stood around for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The host then explained although you do not need a reservation it’s helpful Then he iformed us he did not have the staff and turned us away….. On the bright side I found it very nice Italian restaurant down the road

The restaurant was well staffed and friendly environment. I ordered the Pettite Filet Mignon, it was cooked directly to my request. Enjoyed the dessert, New Cheesecake very tasty. Would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
