Incredible sandwiches. I had the Chupacabra and the pulled pork was some of the best I’ve had – great tangy bbq sauce. The veggies here are all fresh & crisp. Definitely stop by if you can!

Couldn’t even wait for lunchtime—had to pull up early. Walked in and was greeted by the owner, Ben, whose quick wit and nonstop humor instantly set the vibe. Ordered the 8-Ball and a chopped cheese and ate in… elite move. Between bites, Ben kept the jokes coming, which somehow made the 8-Ball hit even harder. Both sandwiches were absolute perfection. Ended up calling my current dealer to let them know I’ve found someone better. Chaos, you officially have my loyalty.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but wow! Enjoyed the classic as a recommendation from the staff and it didn’t disappoint. The vegetables were fresh and the marble rye was delicious. I would highly recommend making this a stop and will be back when traveling through.

July 2025: Open hours here on Google Maps and on restaurant website are not accurate. We have found Chaos Sandwiches to be closed before 2:30 pm on weekdays with a sign reading “sold out” twice in a row.

The Classic, Trigger and Grass Grazer are favorites. Eating in, tables are small but clean and service is professional. To go, orders are accurate and prepared quickly. We find ourselves looking forward to Chaos Sandwiches every time we visit Silver City!

I ordered a Mule Shoe and Pole Cat this morning, and the bread was toasted perfectly, the meats were browned just right, and the eggs were so fluffy! Oh my goodness, it was the best breakfast around!!! The guy with green eyes is so kind and funny I’d recommend it to everyone who will listen!!!

This sandwich was YUM- good veggie option and a veggie salad too- 12$ for good size sandwich with chips to go was a good deal- loaded with roasted veggies and good flavoring! I highly recommend!! Located behind the gas station shopping area- just march on over!
