We came in about ten minutes before closing and the employee working was so kind and welcoming. He wasn’t annoyed at all, even though it was close to closing time, and helped us with everything we needed. The Froyo was fresh, delicious, and had such a good variety of toppings. You can tell they really care about their customers here. Honestly one of the best frozen yogurt places we’ve been to, great service and great vibes!!

We love 16 Handles. We went on National Fro Yo Day. Very nice young woman helped us. Great service, great fro yo, and nice discount on this special fro yo day!

Felt like eating ice with sugars. I will never go back to this place again. Be sure to check whether it is Icy or creamy before purchasing. My $13 went down to drain.

I came here riding my motorcycle from Queens, and I must say the best customer service ever! The atmosphere is always great, and the staff are super polite and friendly. Every visit I’ve had so far has been a wonderful experience. Love this place and the team here!

Every friday this is my go to place. They have quite a few selection. Best is nutella and their oatmilk vanilla. Please bring back the kitkat pieces and mango! Service is good. Always clean!

Best froyo because it’s self-serve & priced by wt. Definitely recommend a yogurt-to-toppings ratio of 1:4 at MOST. Trust. Bc the froyo is a weird consistency (a tad watery/icy instead of smooth) it’s best as just a base for the toppings rather than the main. By the time you get home it’ll be like a sticky sweet soup.
They have the staples & rotate flavors a lot, including dairy-free ice cream & twist flavors. They stay on top of trends and seasons (recently mango lassi & dubai chocolate, and fruity flavors for summer).
I like their graham cracker, vanilla, and original tart froyo flavors. For toppings: brownie bites, cheesecake bites, cookie dough bites, graham cracker crumbs, oreos, hazelnut crunch, chopped kitkat, hot fudge, whipped cream. (The small chewy/doughy ones go better than hard or big ones like M&Ms, cookies, & cookie dough balls.) If you put Oreos/graham on top and then hot fudge, it creates a nice layer to dig into!
Small sized cup is usually enough. It’s $5-13 depending on how much you pack it. They sometimes have deals where you can fill up your cup for $5/$7. I’ve never seen anyone get their shakes or açaí bowls but the DO cookie dough they sell is good.

I had a wonderful experience at 16 Handles in Jericho! The place was spotless, and it was clear that they take cleanliness seriously. The service was fantastic—staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. But the best part? The frozen yogurt! It was absolutely delicious with the perfect balance of creaminess and flavor. I’ll definitely be back for another treat. Highly recommend it!

Really delicious variety of flavors and the topping were all full and very presentable. Price was not bad, about the same as anywhere else but definitely always worth a visit!
