Delicious #7 Chicken Bun for lunch. Fresh & flavorful with both a homemade peanut & fish sauce. The owner was very personable & informative & gave a sample of meats. The inside is very clean & staff friendly. I highly recommend although I think prices are a bit

Staff was personable and friendly, even let us try samples! I had the combo bahn mi to go and it was phenomenal; tender flavorful meat and fresh veggies on a crisp lightly toasted roll, with a delicious dipping sauce to boot! Definitely will be stopping by again!

This was my first time eating Vietnamese food in Grants Pass and Cháo Saigon did not disappoint. The owner was very friendly and invited me to try the pork and chicken before I ordered my pork sandwich. Just a heads up, if you’re looking for pho they don’t have it at this location quite yet.

Stopped in on a whim & tried the Bahn Mi with chicken & it was delicious!! They also let me sample their pork & next time I will definitely try that with the Bahn Mi. They were so kind & warm. Will definitely be back.

Went in for a quick lunch. The staff was very nice offering some samples and we’ll as dietary information for my food allergy. They were fast and the food was delicious. I ended up with the salad rolls, and my husband got the #6 pork sandwich. We were both very impressed. I’m definitely excited to have more options on this side of town.

Excited to try this place, completely underwhelmed. It all tasted the same despite ordering a variety. Too much ginger. The salad tasted the same no matter how it was presented/added. The spring rolls tasted overly processed. The rice was good but that won’t carry a restaurant, will it? Staff is very young and inexperienced. Good luck, Chao Saigon.

Hope they can fix a couple of issues for future customers. For one, the young guy who took our order forgot part of our food but we didn’t realize until we got home. Also, small portion size for what we paid. Could be a great and successful place with a few adjustments
