Not employees fault, bc it’s training and product. Burger was trash … I’ve tried to give it a chance and the last two orders I literally threw away . Will never order from that trash operation again. It’s nothing like the original location.

Ordered 4 burgers, 3 fries, chicken tenders and 2 milkshakes to go. Waited :45 and the food was cold and shakes were melted before we walked out the door. Don’t get why. Must have been having a bad day. Can tell that it wanted to be good.

Not many places you go where 3 minutes till the kitchen closes and there he is willing to grill me up something great even tho I’m sure he’s had a very long night. Told him I’ve never been here. He makes me the most delicious burger I’ve ever had the sauce incredible. Burger cooked to perfection. Says he made me his personal favorite. Best burger in town. But the service !? EVEN BETTER!!

The Burger was decent, nothing special. The bun is cheap and not very good. The milkshake…isn’t a milkshake. It’s like an icey whipped milk with a little sugar in it. Hard to explain but it’s not good, no vanilla, just bland. The fries are pretty good but too much salt. The chicken was kinda tough and the breading had no real flavor to it. Honestly why would I get this over much better options in the area.

Stop searching. This is the best burger in Akron. Or anywhere, for that matter. I’ve always considered myself a burger connoisseur. Tried many, many burgers across the country. I’ve always held Swenson’s up above all others with the exception of maybe In-N-Out. And no disrespect to Swenson’s, but there’s a new best burger in my book. Right here at Bob’s!! Amazing cheeseburger. I’m not going to regale you with the details, just go try it. THIS is what a cheeseburger is all about. Perfection! I had a triple two weeks ago and a quad last Friday. They used to have fair prices for their food. They’ve raised their prices and the quality is no longer anywhere near the price. For over $12 per hamburger the quality better be phenomenal. This place has gone over a cliff. Maybe they got too popular and thought their food was better than it actually is? Whatever the case, it’s not worth the money to go here anymore. We had two burgers with pizza bites and onion rings on the side. Everything was great except the onion rings. They came out the first time all lumped together, almost in a ball. We took them back because they were undercooked and missing a lot of breading. Our second time around was clearly the same onion rings, refried to excess. Inedible, at best. Disappointed with the onion rings and how that was handled. Otherwise, everything was as it should be.

Customer service was horrible, they forgot to place my order over the phone. When I got there they got an attitude with me and said I never really placed an order I just called and asked questions but over the phone the person who took my order said 15 to 20 minutes. I even had her read my order back to me. After explaining that to the cook who was screaming at me he got frustrated and said I called the wrong store. But it was the same number I call whenever I order from bobs burger in Ray’s Pub. So I called the number infront of him from my call history, he screamed at me again and said “Dude I get it it” then walked back to the kitchen and never took my order. So I went to Mr Zubs had great service and great food. I don’t recommend this place until they get better and more responsible staff.
