Biryani Grill Chantilly – Authentic Indian Restaurant
Reviews
A few days ago, I tried the dry goat meat along with the goat curry, both were excellent. Today, I went with the biryani, and it absolutely delivered. The flavors are rich, well balanced, and feel very authentic. This is the kind of food that instantly reminds you of home style cooking and the dishes I grew up eating.
What really stands out is the attention to detail. The team is genuinely open to feedback and takes the time to understand your spice tolerance, making sure it matches your appetite perfectly. Everything tastes fresh and clearly made to order. Yes, it takes a little time to come out, but that is actually a good thing. It tells you this is real cooking, not microwaved food.
On top of that, the service is top notch. Warm, attentive, and professional.
Highly recommended if you are looking for authentic flavors, freshly prepared food, and a place that truly cares about getting it right.
Chantilly Biryani Grill was great It has a very good rating on Google maps. Many reviews said it was very spicy so I had my “65 chicken Briyani” cooked to “medium” spicy. I really like spicy food so it was a true medium to mild for me.
The price was very reasonable under $20 after tax and tip. There was about ,250 grams of chicken and about 400-500 grams of rice with it. Solid 2:1 ratio of rice to protein. It came with a slightly spicy peanut sauce and a thin yogurt sauce that went well with the Biryani.
The restaurant had an outstanding atmosphere very modern and clean. There was a full bar near the entrance. A lot of care went into the restaurant’s interior.
When I was there the restaurant was pretty full for an 8pm seating (about 2/3’s full) Service was good, they had a friendly staff. The food came out quickly. I removed 1 star because they were a bit pushy about giving a review, which I find annoying.
Good food means taste, aroma, spice and excellent Indian delicacies!
Having done so many reviews, this review has to stand out.
Karahi chicken and the Biryani… awesome, mouth watering and yummy finger lickingicious!!!
Special word of praise and attention is for Sai, the manager. Very nice, friendly and very warm!
Please forgive the messy photos… we only remembered to take pics AFTER we started eating!
The interior is stylish, unlike what you’d expect from a typical Indian restaurant, but the fact that many Indian people frequent it suggests the food is authentic! I had the butter chicken.
The presentation was elegant, and the butter chicken itself was delicious, with a skillful blend of spices.
Although I didn’t order it this time, they also had tandoori chicken, which looked juicy and delicious, so I’d like to try it on my next visit!
A special mention to Adi, whose service was truly impressive. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His hospitality definitely added to the overall great experience.
