Once again I repeat I realize this is fast food and I gave it five stars as a fast food restaurant. I had the new steakburger, which is why I gave it a five because it was cooked clear through juicy and tender. I requested that be well done. I went to Arby’s in Monticello. It was more than I normally spend on a fast food hamburger but I have to admit it was well worth it. It won’t be my last. The service was very good which I’ve come to expect at Arby’s no matter where they are.

There were no cars in the drive throu & we were the only customers in the restraint, but staff were too busy working in the back to help us right away, I wasn’t sure as to why, but waited patiently until a staff coming on shift came in and helped take our order.
