The soup itself can be served with a thigh or breast, which is roasted and served on the side, while the broth has necks and gizzards for flavor. Taking a first sip almost makes you want to be sick so you can be even more comforted by its hug.

Being Salvadorian I love eating pupusas. I’ve tried other places and only had one that I liked going to, but after finding this spot I highly recommend it! They use quality ingredients and way larger than I expected! Probably going to be my new Go-to spot! Space is a bit small inside so I’m sure evenings and weekends are packed but other than that it’s a great place!
