We always love coming to Chams when we visit Parkersburg and I recommend that everyone does the same! Authentically delicious Lebanese food in the cutest restaurant setting. It’s so welcoming and the staff is always kind. Definitely try the fresh hummus and the made-from-scratch baklava while you’re here. You won’t regret it.

Yummy takeout for a road trip stop picnic at the park. My kids wanted McDonald’s but my husband and I did not. So we picked up some takeout from Cham’s and it did not disappoint. Cute little spot downtown. Friendly owners. Smelled delicious. Food was excellent. Would love to return, dine in, and try everything on the menu. We enjoyed our food while the kids played at Parkersburg City Park.

I’ve eaten at Champs twice in the last two weeks. I’ve heard of it for years, but I guess I was hesitant to try it bc I wasn’t sure I’d like Lebanese food. It is excellent. Last week, I had a special with Lima beans, rice and hummus. In addition, I had a side salad, too. It was an excellent meal. I should note the owner recommended this since she knew it was my first visit. Today, I had a wrap with beef strips and hummus. It, too, was delicious. I should have ordered a side salad again, but I wasn’t sure how big the pita wrap would be. I will definitely visit Chams again. The food is excellent. It’s fresh and made daily with quality ingredients. The owners are so pleasant in helping new patrons select items they believe they will like. The atmosphere is clean, quiet and simply decorated with things I believe are special to the family. Oh, and the prices are comparable to meals you get at the big name restaurants, but I believe every dish is cooked fresh from quality ingredients.

EASILY A 10/10 A HIDDEN GEM OF A RESTAURANT IN THIS SMALL CITY

On my birthday i took a gamble with not going to one of the main steakhouses up the road near the main mall/ shopping district

The salad and wrap i had was easily some of the most flavorful food i wasn’t expecting

The fattoush salad mix of pepper, lemon, toasted pita and chicken is just pure flavor town

The sojok wrap is chipotle (restaurant) like with INSANELY well spiced beef and filled with lettuce, tomatoes and small amount of hummus

Im telling you this small town family business should be a MUST visit if you’re touring the area for unique ohio/west virginia culture.

Just be sure to get there around 6-6:30 because they close early at 7:30

We wanted to try something new for date night, and this was the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Truly stellar all around! The owners were so kind, and we are glad to have found this gem.

The dearest people, the most delicious food, bursting with delicate flavor, is beautifully presented, and their homegrown olive oil, imported from Lebanon, is without peer–best we’ve found. Can’t go wrong with Cham’s Combo Platter. I am so grateful this restaurant is here to serve the Parkersburg and Marietta communities. It was full of doctors on break from Camden-Clark Hospital when we were there at 1:30 pm for lunch. I get why! If I weren’t 40 minutes away, I’d be a regular. Namaste!!

What a gem! Stopped in Parkersburg on a road trip and decided, after reading other reviews, to eat dinner here, rather than one of the many chains. I’m so glad we did. The smell of the different spices and meats all swirling together when you walk in is incredible. The young woman who took our order was very friendly and as she could tell it was our first visit here, made recommendations which we selected for our meal. The service was spot on and we didn’t wait long for our food, which was truly so delicious. The owners came around to ask us if we were enjoying our meal and also provided us with dessert; be sure you save room for the cream cheese baklava as it’s DIVINE. If only this restaurant was back home in Cleveland. The food, the prices, and the friendliness and kindness of the staff make this a not-to-be missed restaurant.

Stopped by here for the First time for Lunch, it is located at 610 Market St sets beside Blue Cross / Blue Shield Ins. and across street from Cancellor Ins. Company.
The Outside of Business is Nicely Painted and Clean, walked inside the Restaurant was spacious and very clean with Great Decor, Tables was well Dressed and Set for customers.
The lady that took our order was so Kind and Helpful with ordering and explained the types of foods.
After few minutes the lady brought Salads to our table (with basket full of bread – i do think only one wrapped pack of bread would been enough tho) which was a unexpected surprise, did not know it came with Salad orders.
Taste of the Salads was different but Delicious, later the Pita Shish Taouk, Shish Taouk Skewers, Sfiha Pizza, Cream Cheese Fatayer, Cabbage Rolls was brought out in Perfect timing.
All the food was Cooked, Prepared and Plated correctly, (( I do think the Cabbage Rolls should been more Plump)), never had Lebanese type foods before today, it was different and good tasting, my Palate is Hooked for Pita Shish Taouk.

Thanks for Lunch….

(1) Pita Shish Taouk $13.00 each
(2) Shish Taouk Skewers $16.00 each
(1) Sfiha Pizza $4.00 each
(4) Cabbage Rolls $8.50 ($2.12each)
(1) Cream Cheese Fatayer $2.00 each
