The food is decent here I can’t complain much, portions are a little small especially the sides. And the majority of the servers are sweet. But I have run across 1 or 2 snotty ones who think you can’t tell they’re being condescending and fake, but I guess that’s everywhere these days

I did a to go order today for a Fried chicken salad. When I got home, I realized it only had lettuce, chicken, pickle, and egg. It did not have any tomatoes or onion. This salad is too expensive for it to be halfway finished. I called and asked the person if the following items are supposed to be on the salad. She said she didn’t know. I told her about the situation and she was very nonchalant and acted as she just didn’t care. She didn’t give me the option to return it. She just said ok. I am very unpleased.

I went for the crawfish, the rest of the family got other things like chicken livers, shrimp, catfish and chicken tenders. We all thought it was great! Outside seating on this beautiful day just added to our experience. Will definitely be back, even when crawfish is out of season.

My husband and I have been to the location in Smyrna several times with family, and we finally had a chance to stop into this location last night. We really liked the atmosphere/decor, and the food was really good. My husband felt his catfish portion was a little small, and we’ve always thought the sides portions are a little small, but at the end of the day we probably need to eat less anyways! We appreciate that we can eat here and have an adult beverage without breaking the bank. Our server last night was Jomana, and she was a delight – very friendly and attentive/fun to chat with!

I went to Champy’s for the first time today. I was told the chicken livers were good, so I had to try them for myself. They were just ok. The two sides that i ordered with it were gross! The mac and cheese and the cole slaw. They were very small portions too. My server took my order and forgot to bring my drink. I had already gotten my food before my drink! I also wanted to try the catfish, so i ordered 1 single filet. When it arrived, I laughed because it looked like a small nugget and the piece of bread underneath it was twice the size of the fish. That little bite was $4! The restaurant was also very tacky with the stuff on the walls and all the one dollar bills taped everywhere, not to mention nasty. Too many dirty tables that no one was cleaning up after. I paid $26 for nothing really, I definitely won’t go back.

Amazing service! Kyleigh was our server when we came on Friday, and she was friendly, attentive, and efficient. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and kept things running smoothly even when it was busy. She truly made our experience enjoyable—we’d absolutely come back because of her.

There were 4 of us that came out for dinner on Friday after work. The food was really good. It took a long time to get drinks refilled & second beers brought out. Everyone got a different beer and they got them mixed up. Also, I ordered a Champy’s Punch and it tasted like it had a lot of strawberry puree and not much rum was in it. It sounded good on the menu.
