The food is amazing, but the customer service has always disappointed me.
At first I thought it might be because I came close to closing time, so they were in a hurry. However, the same thing happened again recently, even though it was a scheduled order placed over the phone, they kept telling me to hurry up and leave.
Customer satisfaction should be the top priority, but they need to improve basic customer service ethics.

Champs Pizza is located in Sterling. I came here because I wanted a hamburger and fries. I’m familiar with this restaurant and the food served here. The food isn’t bad, and the service is decent; however, it is expensive, and the portions are not large. For the price I was expecting more. The food was made to order, but being served on paper plates and requiring a styrofoam cup kind of make think twice. Again, the food and the service are good, but the restaurant is dated, and narrow. The establishment isn’t very big, but it could use a renovation. For example, my table was unstable, making it difficult to eat without thinking I’d spill my food and drink. When I plated my drink on it, I had to place it on an adjacent table. The proprietorship is good and pleasant, so I feel bad giving this review, but I don’t mince words or pull punches in my reviews of places I visit, the food, the service and the works. Champs could be a rising star if the effort and investment were made to bring it up to date.

My husband and I ordered for pick up at 6 pm through Uber eats early morning the day of and we called to confirm the order and they said everything was there and will be ready. 10 mins before we were going to pick it up they cancelled our order. We called and were given the excuse of “we don’t take Uber eats orders.” We tried to discuss the issue but we were hung up on multiple times and then placed on hold for 25 mins before we eventually hung up. No apology or willingness to rectify the problem. Completely unprofessional as we had guests with no food. This is our usual pizza place but this experience was absolutely horrific and left us in a panic. We will absolutely not come here again.

Probably the worst halal pizza I have ever had. This is like homemade pizza. There was little to no sauce on the pizza. It felt like I was just eating cheese on soft dough. The Philly cheese steak looks like a tuna sandwich and had no real Philly cheesesteak taste to it or any sauce. The wings were the best thing and even that looked like it was prepared by a teenager. The sauce was just thrown on top of a few wings with no effort to equally spread the sauce on the wings. Worst of all, the prices are outrageous here for the small portions and quality of food.

09/21 The food is amazing. The only issue is the lack of customer service at times. I placed a scheduled pick up order for a certain time and it wasn’t ready when I showed up at the scheduled time. I was told it would take 10 mins but it took a bit longer.
They assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and I heard the lady say to the cooks the reason the food wasn’t ready or even sent to the kitchen was due to her chatting it up and when I came in she was sat down during her work hours, how wonderful. She just claimed to them that she wasn’t aware it was a scheduled pickup order. The convenience of me placing the order so I can just have a quick stop to pick up clearly isn’t doable here and that’s truly disappointing. They were unapologetic for the wait and she had a bit of attitude. That’s the only reason for the overall scoring. Focus on your job responsibilities and make sure customer service is top tier.

Worst pizza today. Size used to be better but now thin. I always order the pizza from here. But I am very disappointed today. It was cold and very thin. The money I paid for the medium fajita pizza is not worth. Won’t order pizza again from this place.

Well so I have been hearing about this place lately and finally got a chance to try it this week! I must say their burgers turned out really good!!! We got the cheese burger, not in the picture though, grilled chicken and crispy chicken sandwich was very good! The chicken wasn’t dry and quiet juicy! The pizza in my opinion could be better, I did have better pizza than that. But will definitely be going there back if in the area to try out their other stuffs! And one big amazing thing is that they serve all and only and completely HALAL food!!!! So definitely take your family and friends and give this place a shot! A little small for dine in though, but if lucky you might just get some seats available. I mostly saw ppl taking out orders!

Simply superb! Everything from the service to the food was amazing. I ordered the Meat lovers Pizza which was just perfect with Pepperoni, Ham, Gyro, and Bacon. And the best part was that it’s all Halal! Also ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and it hit just the right spot. Needless to say, I left extremely satisfied
